“10 stars to my guy Alan but only 4 stars to U-Haul. Process was smooth and easy for me but I was there on August 1 at 9am and Alan was the only one working on an insanely busy morning. Several people's trucks/equipment were unavailable and Alan was a wizard simultaneously calling and texting shops all around the greater Boston area while checking in 2-3 people at once. Give my man Alan a raise.”
