“Came in as a CD hopper. Stayed for the awesome David and amazing Rhonda.This location offers a spacious parking lot with convenient drive thru. The branch consist of warm seasonal decorations and welcoming staff with a wide range of financial services.From time to time; they have a charity drive. This year they donated to Lazarus House for the less fortunate. The free coffee and tea in the lobby is always a perk.I appreciate the personal banking style. They really get to know you and aren’t pushy with sales at all.I also had car issues once and instead of calling/waiting forever for AAA; the branch manager took his time to come out to my car and help me. Thank you so much!”

“I like this bank in general, after getting robbed by a bigger bank with the whole debit card overdraft scam, I was glad to go to an honest bank that did not search for loopholes and I haven't had any issues keeping my account balanced and no overdrafts...hooray! My only complaint is, they did not give me the best interest rate when I applied for a car loan, their competitor gave me a better one, so I am paying low interest to that competitor. I also tried to used them for a debt consolidation loan but again, rates too high and I borrowed elsewhere. Still, they're convenient to my home, they're friendly when I go in, and they collect toy donations at the holidays, which makes it easier to drop off!”

It's great to have a branch that's not in the city, so they get an A for convenience.I recently took out a home equity line of credit and the folks at MPCU couldn't have been more helpful. All my questions were addressed with easy to understand answers.Andrew Minton, the manager of the Norwood branch has made himself available for me whenever I call. Never has he told me "you need to contact so and so..."; if a question needs to be answered by another department, Andrew takes it on himself to get the answer, rather than push me to that other department. It demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction that's been lacking in retail banking for a long time.I couldn't be happier with the process and the result of the time we spent on this loan project, and I can't recommend MPCU highly enough.”
