He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He spent at least 40–45 minutes making sure I found the right shoe, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure the perfect fit.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service. We need more people like Chris in this world! I will absolutely be coming back because of the outstanding service I received.

She demystified the whole process for me and helped me look great for my event. I had an excellent experience at The North Face store in South Shore Plaza thanks to James. He was extremely friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable about the products. I visited the store hoping to buy a North Face Triple C jacket, and even though they didn’t have it in stock, James took the time to walk me through the online ordering process step-by-step. He made everything clear and simple, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
It’s rare to find customer service this good—James absolutely deserves a raise or at least some extra paid time off. The store is lucky to have him! Highly recommend visiting and asking for James!”
