He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He spent at least 40–45 minutes making sure I found the right shoe, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure the perfect fit.

“First time arriving here for NB men 1080's. An immediate greeting,assistance and showing the style and size was a welcoming shopping experience. The purchase was handled by a different member who was equally gracious and friendly. The arrival, shopping and checkout was super. And a signup for NB specials and other saving advantages extended the great experiences. Not to dismiss the comforting 1080 style sneaker. They are light, supportive and look terrific. “I always new Red Wings have a great reputation and decided I was worth the investment. No pressure sales.. told the fella what I like and dont like.. He had me stand on a machine that measured my feet and what inserts would be helpful. Then I was presented with 2 different choices and I liked both of them alot.. work3d with me to figure out my final choice some Irish Setter Kasotas with composite toe protection that feel like part of my feet as soon as I put them on..2 thumbs up!!!”

She demystified the whole process for me and helped me look great for my event. I ever seen I've been shopping for this Store for many years and as well different stores, but I think I'm gonna stick with DSW store since Cindy is has provided a very great customer service. She helped me determine what size my kids are. Since the feet grow every 6 month and she was able to help me find the right shoe for the kids, she was multitasking. while I was trying the kids shoes, she was helping other couples, and she came back to check on me to make sure the shoe workedout ok. She is a big asset to your company. Cindy is a great person who loves taking care of customer and enjoys her job and always smiling.
