“I had a wonderful experience today with Jadriana at the Hannaford in North Brookfield. I had a lot of groceries in my cart, as well as my two-year-old who was getting antsy. There were a few people in front of me in line, which was fine and expected. However, Jadriana, who was working at the self-checkout station, offered to help me scan my groceries in that area. She proceeded to scan and pack all of my groceries for me while I dealt with my child, and was extremely kind and welcoming as she did so- on top of helping others in the checkout as well. I was out of the store in half the time, and it was so incredibly helpful. Any parent knows how frustrating it can be to shop with a toddler who's been skipping naps and who doesn't want to be sitting in a cart for any longer. My son also has some sensory challenges, so grocery shopping can be hard for him- especially on a day like today when he was already in a bit of a funky mood. With Jadriana's help, both he and I struggled far less than we would have waiting in line at the full service lane.
I just wanted to extend my gratitude in a more meaningful way than with a "Thank you" at the store. I hope she can be recognized for her helpfulness, her kindness, and her welcoming attitude! It truly made my day in a way she probably does not even realize, which in my opinion makes it all the more important. We always have a good experience at Hannaford, but today it was above and beyond what we've come to expect.”

“While pharmacies associated with grocery store chains have been around for awhile, I only recently started using them because the prices of specific pharmaceuticals are much less than at drug store chains like Walgreens or CVS (even with insurance). The Big Y pharmacy in their Worcester store is relatively small, but the service is excellent and people working there are pleasant. I also happened to save a lot of money on my Rx. Good to have the Big Y app loaded.”

“I am so grateful for the Pharmacy manager and her team at this CVS. Since COVID I have been managing scripts for my elderly mother. They have been wonderful.Recently I panicked because I was going out of town and realized at the eleventh hour my mother would be out of one of her meds while I was away. Thankfully the Pharamicst expedited it for me so I was about to pickup all her meds on time and could leave with peace of mind.This team continues to be very proactive, responsive and helpful which really makes the task easier for me.”

“Yesterday was a rough day. After waiting 3 hrs to be seen at an urgent care in Worcester, I rushed back to town and arrived at the window just at 9pm closing time. The man who came to the window was kind and heard my plea to complete the transaction for the meds my sick children needed even though they were technically closed. I was so grateful and relieved! And Pedro sent us off with best wishes.”

“After reading some of the negative comments, I felt a positive review was in order. Just had some shots at Walgreens in Dudley and it was very clean! Have NEVER been in this store when I thought it was "dirty". Staff has always been very helpful both out front and in the pharmacy. Yes, prices have increased but that has happened everywhere. I left CVS years ago because the prices are stupidly high! All in all, I can recommend Walgreens in Dudley for all your drug store needs.”

This is the first time I will be writing a review for CVS and for good reason. Today I just met the most amazingly outstanding warm and bubbly helper ever. Never have I once had this outstanding of an experience at a CVS before and it's all thanks to Iliana. From the greeting to the last words bidding me farewell Iliana has left me speechless. If I could give her a 100 star rating and make her the staple CVS employee I would. Forget employee of the month I'd honestly go so far as to say that Iliana is unrivaled. I do not think that I have had this wonderful of an experience speaking with a worker anywhere for that matter. Simply put, calling Iliana a worker is incorrect since she is so much more than that.
