“I had originally wanted a Jeep Wrangler but unfortunately there weren't any available when I arrived. The two employees who were sitting in the pick-up booth did their very best to give me a satisfactory replacement and the whole ordeal was quick and smooth. Furthermore, when I arrived back on Sunday to drop the car off, the one employee (I believe his name was Marco?) was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, my whole experience with the Sixt Boston Team was incredible and my rental was well worth the money.
I will be using Sixt from now on in the future!”

A month later I’m charged 330$ for rental insurance don’t let unprofessional screen reading workers take your money one mistake with wording could cost you
