“Good place to get parts fast and efficient food quality. Only had one problem with one guy once gave me a hard time when I got the wrong parts on a old Chevy van like it was my fault I gave him the plate number. I get it I hate my job too. It’s a garbage industry on both ends.”
“I came in for a rental that I reserved online. The gentleman Issac was very helpful and polite! When the car i reserved wasn't available he put me in an upgrade. When drop off came he made it very quick and easy.”
“Came to Boston this past weekend for a family event Rented a vehicle and I must say the car was super clean. They gave me a nice upgrade for the price of the car i reserved. The personal was super friendly all around..I don't rent from anyone else period”
“Susi Auto Body and their team have been awesome to work with during my latest repair. The attention to detail, high level of customer service, and the overall final delivery of my vehicle was beyond my expectations. The vehicle looks brand new and it have had it for over 5 years. The small details and touches make the difference in having body work completed on my car. They did a final delivery check with me and explained the work done and ensured that I understood everything from the job. If you are in need of body work, this should be your first stop. They are great working with insurance companies to handle your claim repairs seamlessly.”
“This is the second time I've used Salem Auto Body. They are 100% the best!!! They do amazing work and and are extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about everyone there.”
“BEST VEHICLE EVER FOR A ROAD TRIP! We rented a Chrysler Pacifica from Enterprise for a long road trip and it was amazing! Very clean and well maintained, so comfortable, very spacious and felt like a luxury vehicle. I have never owned or rented a minvan before and was so surprised about how great it was. Would give it 10 stars if I could!”
“I needed a car for the weekend and was able to book one the night before for a great price. It was super convenient and the car was clean and made for an easy, smooth ride with a quick drop off at the end. I was very happy with the service and the car itself. Highly recommend!”
“Our experience with the employees at pick up and drop off were very good. The car had 64,000 miles on it and was a little shaky. Time to retire the vehicle. Overall the experience was fine.”
“We used Enterprise when our car was in shop after collision. It was arranged by our insurance company (Progressive) and it was pretty smooth. They picked us from our repair shop and we dropped it off there. They had good choices of car and helped us when we needed to transition in the middle to a bigger car. People were friendly and the experience was great. They were very receptive and happy to help even out of their way.”
“I had good experience in avanti moyirs The owners rida and mustapha took care of me I’ve been a regular customer here for a couple of years Lah irham lwalidine Highly recommended”
“Fantastic experience! Friendly and thoughtful customer service. You can tell Shireen and Tay take pride in their work and care about their customers. By far the best experience I’ve had at a rental. Car was clean and had a nice smell. Thank you!”
“I had an amazing experience thanks to Jack at Enterprise. I was having a really difficult time with my rental, and he went completely out of his way to help me. He was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and never made me feel like I was a burden. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. He genuinely cared about helping me and turned what was a stressful situation into a great experience. I'm so grateful for all of his help and highly recommend working with Jack if you have the chance. Thank you again.”

Colby went above and beyond with amazing customer service—you can tell he genuinely cares. I would save yourself the headache with other rental companies (especially Budget in Woburn) and go to Enterprise Wakefield! 10/10!”

“I had a great experience with Enterprise! Lilly was wonderful during pickup, friendly and helpful. Sanea Wasi, the Branch Manager, was amazing during drop-off. She was professional, kind, and welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of and that I was 100% satisfied. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent service!”
“My insurance messed up and didn’t make a reservation when they told me they had. Knowing I was in a rush, this enterprise was able to get a car ready for me within 10 minutes, and even waived the out of pocket fee I would have had to pay for getting a larger car. Thank you to the workers here!”
“Lauren, the Mgr at the Broadway Saugus, MA location was truly amazing. I arrived to pick up my car only to find out they had ZERO inventory. The website allowed me to reserve a mid size SUV, and i received a confirmation of the reservation. I was stranded. As I was looking up other options, it kept coming back to this location to book another. She was the only person there. The phone was ringing off the hook, people in and out. It was bad. After things settled down a little bit she told me she had a no show for a full size sedan. I told her I would take it. She also allow me to borrow a C charging block of her own, which i returned upon turn in. This is true customer service, that unfortunately has been lacking in our country for a long time. THANK YOU , Lauren. You helped me so much to be able to get around to visit other family in town for a family wedding. You are a great human, indeed! People may not remember what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel!”
“I frequent this branch most weekends to rent a car and each time is just as seamless as the last. Salim goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience and are truly satisfied with your rental which I appreciate as a customer. I couldn’t recommend renting from this location more - Salim and his staff are very friendly and will always go the extra mile!!”
“Very good experience. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes from the time we got there. The guys at the counter were very helpful and took the time to show us the controls of the car we rented.”
“Picked up a car at Boston Logan Airport with my dad to attend a family funeral. super easy Pick Up process got offered the opportunity to upgrade to a convertible and YOLO so we did it and no regrets. Thank you sixt! Only complaint is that stupid BMW satnav has no interactivity with traffic so it’s all lies about arrival time. Sorry, not sorry”
“They didnt have a car available when we got there, but our plane was delayed and we were about an hour late. They got us in a car that was an upgrade for no additional cost and got us on our way. Great customer service and an easy location to get in and out of. The upgraded car was essentially brand new with only ~ 1500 miles on it and was fantastic to drive!”
“Rented a car from Pike Cars to go visit my daughter in College while I was in Massachusetts on vacation. I had an excellent experience by the time I pick up the car until I drop it back off. The whole staff is very courteous and friendly. I will most definitely do business with them again.”
“The whole reservation, meet up with Enterprise representatives was a wonderful experience. Help was readily available at any inconvenience. Kudos to the Malden, Ma shop. Damion and Derek were professional and helpful till the end of my rental experience. Thank you”
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with two different teams at this location, and I can confidently say that the training is top-notch. The service I receive is consistently excellent, and I’m always impressed by the level of expertise and dedication displayed by the team members. That’s why I keep coming back. You won’t be disappointed with the service you’ll receive here. Ask for Kasey she’s now the branch manager and she always comes through for my husband and I even when she’s out.”
“I was very pleased to rent from this Enterprise location. The staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The rental and drop off processes took less than 3 minutes. Shout out to Colby and Wu!”
“Car was beautiful, smooth, clean and a very nice ride overall. I didn't want to give it back!! Thankful to the team at Enterprise on Lynnway in Lynn MA for giving me excellent service and hooking me up with a great ride!”
“We had a great experience renting a car through Counterdex. The entire process was very smooth and easy. The staff member who helped us was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The car we received was in excellent condition, and we really appreciated the service. Our deposit was also returned without any issues. I also appreciated that the representative did not try to unnecessarily sell us additional products or services we did not need. The experience felt honest and customer-focused. During our rental, we did have an issue with one of the tires. Two or three days after picking up the car, the tire started losing air. Even after refilling it, the problem continued. I contacted customer service, and they directed us to the nearest Pep Boys. After inspection, Pep Boys informed us that the tire was worn and needed to be replaced rather than repaired. Although dealing with a tire replacement during our road trip cost us about four hours of our time, I appreciated how smoothly the issue was handled and that it was resolved properly. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Counterdex for their professionalism, helpful service, and customer care.”
“My 2nd time renting a vehicle from this location. And each time it’s been a pleasure! The staff here are amazing! I was greeted with a smile, the customer service was great and the ladies were very polite and friendly! Great dynamics: Ms. Hannah, Lauren and Carla- Thank You! 😊”
