“This store is really worth five stars, the only reason I gave it four stars is it’s just a bit expensive for me, but if you need anything hiking snowboarding, outdoor clothes, jackets, pants, hats, backpacks really nice stuff they have it all they really do they have basically want Marshalls and TJ Maxx has plus a bunch of other stuff. I’m gonna keep this short. I would recommend this place to anybody!”

“I have been here many times, and everytime I have been here, there was nothing but positives. Customer service was great/workers from cashiers to workers stacking products in shelves, I saw and even ask a question, there response was quick easy and they seem like they know where each aisled are suppose to be(there dedicated to the craft of the company). On top of that this place provides lower pricing than usual, and on top of that the products are actually good material. They even have a snack option; its a very interesting one. I recommend coming here if your looking to shop or even just to look around, you wont be disappointed this is typically a clothing store but it has other products you may want like kitchen stuff, Real Jewelry, beauty products, and more.”

“Probably my favorite local Marshalls! There isn't any dedicated parking and it's in a bit of a strange area, so it's a quiet store. This is to a shopper's benefit as they had TONS of great clothes in all sizes. Most Marshalls stores are heavily picked through and I only find a few interesting clothing items on a trip, but this store had me going to the fitting rooms over and over again. It's more of a TJ Maxx than a Marshalls though, as the home goods section is very small.”

“Marshall's is great! The one in Fenway closed last year which is sad, but glad to see this Watertown location still going strong! Parking is easy in the free garage at Arsenal yards right across from Marshalls. They have EV charger stations in the garage too. Huge store where you can find everything from clothes to housewares to bath and beauty products to gift items to snacks! All at an everyday affordable price! Great value for sure!! Right now a lot of the holiday glittery shiny clothes are on clearance sale, so I made use of those discounts and got some fun tops and dresses! I loved their dressing room decor with the "Possibly" and "Definitely" hooks and a "Tomorrow" hook as well! And they also had a whole wire rack hanger as well - so kudos for the ample hanging space in the dressing room! Much appreciated especially when you bring in ten things to try on lol! The lady at the dressing room entrance was very friendly and so was the cashier and also another person who was wheeling a cart of clothes past me while I was browsing the racks. Restroom could use some attention and cleaning. Overall, great store with great deals!”

“Service: Really good and fast for Amazon returns, the staff here are also pretty friendly (i.e. I needed gloves, make-up bags, and they knew exactly where to point me to). Value: There are A LOT of sales at this place, some are very generous too (especially during Black Friday, but even throughout the year), and the products are definitely worth their value (their gloves are SO warm, and got them like 40%!). The main detractor is I wish their bathrooms were much just cleaner lol...”

I've visited independently on and off for 8 years and the quality keeps on getting better, as does the customer service. This is a popular store. I went at peak times due to my schedule and also to the Marshalls next to, time permitting. I found leather Zina's for summer under $30 last visit. The person ringing me out seemed impressed I found great items. I enjoyed the check out experience. They are a great team there.”

“Went looking for summer dresses at Bloomingdale’s 3rd floor. Basma assisted me as if I was at an upscale boutique. She pulled together a bunch of dresses that might suit my body type. She was exceptionally honest, quickly dismissing the dresses that did not look good— So when she said a dress looked great, I totally believed her and she was right! I ended up leaving with three dresses and a jacket and a whole lot of confidence. Thank you Basma for a flawless shopping experience!! I will be back.”
