She kindly and professionally answered all my questions about the new phone as well as looked up options for delivery before a time crunch. Once I decided on a phone, she helped me set it up. Three hours later, I walked away with a new phone and feel good about the entire experience. She could have been frustrated with it taking so long and me keeping her after close, but instead she continued kindness throughout the entire interaction. All this while helping several customers while I waited on my phone to transfer.”
“SmartFix is excellent and professional! Our son's tablet is almost 3 years old. The screen cracked. We were concerned it could not be fixed. SmartFix fixed it in two days, for a much less expensive price than a new tablet. We hope the need will not arise again, but if it does, we're happy to know a reasonable, reliable place for repair.”

I had my two sons with me, one of which was getting a new phone, Carlos was multitasking like a king and patient and kind. I had a big order with also adding a new iPad and Apple Watch which I’ve never used before. He took the time to show me everything with it, while ringing me up and helping my son with his phone. We were a big undertaking and Carlos aced it. So friendly and kind and knowledgeable! Go see him and his team!”
“I had a motherboard issue that made my phone unable to turn on. This was very heart breaking because I was in the process of transferring files (all 4000 of them lol) and I was going to lose so many memories, even our first trip to Disney. CellAXS was able to repair my phone AND save all of my data!!! The phone is working like brand new. They were so empathetic and very professional. I paid $157 and it was worth every penny for me to save my important memories. I will always use them for repair forever.”

I spent nearly four hours at the store upgrading my phone, and throughout the entire process Sean was patient, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made me feel completely comfortable and never rushed me. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left.
Both Sean and Julia exceeded my expectations with their customer service, but Sean’s attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out. Their knowledge was spot-on, and I left feeling confident that I had received the best possible service.

“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”

I walked into the Russell Cellular store looking for phone deals I had been receiving via email for a free S26 from Verizon for a possible trade-in.
Kevin D. spent over two hours working with Verizon customer service to ensure I had the best experience, and price point while upgrading my phone from a s22 to a s26. I was considering changing from Verizon to another competitor due to cost.
Thanks to his expertise in matching plans to customer needs, I'm now saving an extra $15.00/month.
He then transferred all my apps/data from my s22 to my s26, while juggling other customers simultaneously with ease.
Once done, he packed it neatly into the Verizon package for UPS shipping. I would highly recommend him.
