“On 7/15/24 I brought my iPad into the Verizon Store on Technology Dr. in Hudson MA. Three days prior my iPad had lost its cellular connection. I had the good fortune of having Michael assist me. He spent quite a bit of time trying to resolve the problem on his own, with assistance from another employee and with tech support over the phone. Additionally he was able to help other customers while working on my issue. We were getting to the point that I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and determine if it was a hardware vs a network issue. One last attempt and success was achieved! He could have thrown up his hands at any point but didn’t. Verizon is lucky to have Michael (sorry I don’t remember his last name) as an employee. When it’s time to upgrade I will definitely return to this Verizon store. Thank you Michael and thank you Verizon,”
“SmartFix is excellent and professional! Our son's tablet is almost 3 years old. The screen cracked. We were concerned it could not be fixed. SmartFix fixed it in two days, for a much less expensive price than a new tablet. We hope the need will not arise again, but if it does, we're happy to know a reasonable, reliable place for repair.”
“I got my screen (only the front) replaced here on a iphone 13 mini and they were nice, fast (legit only 30 minute wait) and even put a screen protector on for me which is a great screen protector. Totally recommend coming here if you have a broken screen. Oh. The price was only 127 as well”

“Rodrigo went above and beyond to help my girlfriend. Her phone, brand new, mysteriously broke over night and she had to jump through some crazy hoops just to get it sent back. Apple gave her a loaner phone, but she needed her number for work codes and when she called, AT&T call center had her on hold for an hour and half and refused to help her. When we went to the grove st location, hoping it would make a difference, Rodrigo stepped up and made everything come together, set her phone up, and got rid of the stress. He did this while juggling other folks needing help, and frankly it was quite impressive how attentive he managed to be while tasked with manning the store alone. 5 star service - thank you Rodrigo.”

Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”

“I just switched from T-Mobile to the BOOST Mobile Store in Marlborough. Luis was very helpful in doing my transfer. I was having difficulty as T-Mobile stopped sending me my bill & wanted me to pay over the phone. When I joined initially they told me they accepted personal checks but recently said they were stopping & refused to send me my tangible bill. I told them my identity had been stolen that way before & I wouldn’t do it & they said they “understood” but insisted I had to pay by phone anyway! Well, no I don’t!
Now I can go into the BOOST store each month & pay less than half of what T-Mobile charged me at my convenience. Thank you Luis!”
