My husband and I switched from a t-mobile family plan about 2-3 weeks and our service has NEVER been better. Trying to get my other family members to switch. “Received A+ service at this store today. After a terrible experience at another AT&T store yesterday, I was relieved that the staff at this store are attentive and friendly. I called ahead to verify they had the phone in stock before placing an online order. Jonathan confirmed they had the phone and told me he would set it aside for me. I placed my order online and had the order filled within an hour. When I went to pick up my order, he knew exactly who I was and had the phone ready.That’s the way customer service should be! “Went here on a whim as I drive by it all the time. My wife's iPhone 7 had a serious issue with battery drainage. It would die after an hour of use from a full battery. They replaced the battery in her iPhone 7 for 50$ took about 25 minutes and her phone is as good as new. Saved us from buying a new iPhone.”
