“WOW!! We visit our daughter a couple of times a year, driving from Chicago. Two of our latest visits required medical attention, requiring pharmacy assistance. While waiting my turn I observed a very busy, focused, staff. When my turn came up, they zeroed in on my issues and went above and beyond what I expected. Under sung heroes just doing their job. Thank you!!!”
“Although this CVS is somewhat smaller than other locations, the pharmacy service is excellent! They have helped me several times renew a medication and to get approval from my very busy doctor. I transferred my presriptions from another location due to a move and I am very happy my new CVS is in Cohasset!”

So the woman with the short hair at the photo counter needs to be spoken too. She was disturbingly rude. Her whole attitude was dripping with impatience and disdain. She refused to find the order we were looking for and kept aggressively snapping at us. My partner and I do uber eats/doordash sometimes we wrote to both apps about this location because it's been multiple times we have come here and the store is a mess with items out of stock but this woman's outrageous atitude was the last straw. Will not be returning as customers and will be refusing to take orders from this location as well. It was more than just a bad attitude she legitimately made it her mission to not help and be aggressive. Genuinely bizarre levels of unwarented aggression. No wonder the store is always empty no one wants to be glared at and snapped at while politely asking for photos. Just weird. It's ok if the order was lost or there was an issue, we wouldn't have minded that. But customers should not feel like they are being scolded just for needing assistance.”
