I have moved internally three or four times looking for different sizes and locations and Alex has been right there supporting me and giving me ideas and actually suggestions on what I should do moving forward as far as holding onto items and what to keep storing and he has been exactly spot on and has been a huge help through all of this and continues to do so. “Went into ESS not knowing exactly what I needed or for how long. Nick asked all the right questions to help determine the right size unit and shared some information about the process that put my mind at ease. He was knowledgeable about my options, pricing and insurance coverage. And he had a great sense of humor. The facility was clean, well lit and didn't feel creepy. That was about three months ago. I went into today to close out my agreement, he was still warm, funny and knowledgeable. After some horrific experiences with other businesses around the area the third time proved to be the charm. My wife and I put a deposit on a unit over the computer at public storage in Westford. When we showed up they wanted a list of what items we were going to store. We said no they said we couldn't rent there. Next stop was sav-space in Littleton where we were greeted by an a man looking as if he was just paroled. This greeter didn't know anything, his words, he was just there to keep people there until the owner made her way down. We left there quickly. Arrived at main st mini storage where Marcia, pretty sure that's her name, took wonderful care of us. Showed us bigger units than the other places suggested in our price range with a smile and information to answer any questions. When we started moving things in we got to meet Kate who carried along the torch of professional and courteous care.”

“Paulista did a move for me from Concord to Uxbridge. It was a 1 BR with an office and a gym ( lots of equipment n weights). They said they would arrive between 8 and 8:30 and they did.They did go a little past the time quoted but that is to be expected especially since we were located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. They were professional. Anything they pulled apart they put back together.Highly recommend.”

The moving coordinator in the office was really accommodating when I was booking. The movers themselves were so nice and efficient. The got everything moved out of my old place and in to my new place so quickly.
