“I made a mistake in my original posting. The negative review I submitted was meant for a building that has two golden arches located just across the bridge.
7-11 on Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester is an oasis amongst oasises-open 24/7 with full service available to customets at any second of the day. For humans like me who drive at any time of the day or night, you won't leave feeling penalized for helping keep the economy moving while others sleep.
It has the feel of a service plaza that you visit on a major highway to make a stop that you must make desiring to feel refreshed as you leave the parking lot. It's a very busy place with people in all states of mind (which is fine as long as you're not the driver) and from all walks of life. A place to go as you begin your shift, or head to work, or the reverse of those directions, to pick up a needed household, auto or food or beverage item, or to use the available restroom - (shhhhhh) - dont tell anyone that I said that! Even late at night you feel that you're in a place where the staff and customers are watching out for each other which ends up being more like watching each other. The gas prices are lower to middle of the road. It has an air station. I'm in and out of there 10 times a week on average. It's conveniently located but arriving and departing the property is done through a number of options for turns and twists that can be a little tricky, so pay attention.
And while you're out there on the road, don't forget to always carry with you and use, your kind, collaborative and forgiving spirit at all times.”

It was early morning so pretty empty. Security guard was chill and pointed me to what/where I needed. Clean, small, easy to navigate and their bathroom stalls offered a higher quality of education than the double major I obtained (earned feels gross to say; like, literally) at UMass Boston”

After spending time searching for a particular item, an employee was still willing to assist me with finding the product and a few other items. Thanks for not just saying that the store was closed and dismissing me.”
“The Customer service is great. Security guard greeted us and welcomed us. sister and I came for the Starbucks we also saw that they have Pizza Hut pizzas for 7.25 personal pizza pepperoni or cheese. The cashier was really informative about the specials and how I can get rewarded on saving by using App. Overall today was a great day at this target location”

“Went in there to pay my bill today the girl told me to come back in 30 minutes because they didn’t had internet at the moment. Went back in 30 minutes was able to pay my bill and both of the girls gave me a costumer service better than ever. They talk me into canceling my internet service to get the one metro offers and I will definitely go back for it since is only 55$ a month. If I could give them a higher rating I would both of them are great employees everyone should come to this Metro and get service from them”

“I recently just transferred over from Xfinity I've had nothing but horrible experiences with them changing my rates and canceling promotions that I did not give them permission to do so so I walked into the South Bay T-Mobile location after I ordered it on line and had some questions and I was greeted with such kindness and Care by William Benson who took the time to sit down with me explain things with me help me walk me through things and made me feel like I was part of the T-Mobile family and I made the right decision by switching I highly recommend and asked to speak to William they all seem excellent but it's important to give positive comments equally as it is to get constructive criticism Xfinity could learn a lot from the care and kindness T-Mobile provides”
