“I recently just transferred over from Xfinity I've had nothing but horrible experiences with them changing my rates and canceling promotions that I did not give them permission to do so so I walked into the South Bay T-Mobile location after I ordered it on line and had some questions and I was greeted with such kindness and Care by William Benson who took the time to sit down with me explain things with me help me walk me through things and made me feel like I was part of the T-Mobile family and I made the right decision by switching I highly recommend and asked to speak to William they all seem excellent but it's important to give positive comments equally as it is to get constructive criticism Xfinity could learn a lot from the care and kindness T-Mobile provides”

“Went in there to pay my bill today the girl told me to come back in 30 minutes because they didn’t had internet at the moment. Went back in 30 minutes was able to pay my bill and both of the girls gave me a costumer service better than ever. They talk me into canceling my internet service to get the one metro offers and I will definitely go back for it since is only 55$ a month. If I could give them a higher rating I would both of them are great employees everyone should come to this Metro and get service from them”
