“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their prices are lower than other storage companies in the area. As we saw how much we were going to put in storage, we decided to get a bigger unit, and they helped us switch quickly before we moved stuff in. Carts are available for moving in and out.”
“Stephen was such a great help! He moved big bags and suitcases from my car up to the unit rented. Thank you so much! No other place to rent at! Shout out to you Stephen!!!!!”

“Tom was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered all of our questions. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and helpful attitude. He made the whole storage experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Tom and this storage facility!”
“I have used Gentle Giant on more than one occasion in moves within Boston and to another state. I have also used other Boston movers for in-city moves. Hands down, Gentle Giant is the most professional outfit around, with moving teams who know what they are doing, and, better yet, care about it. Their moving skills are terrific, but how they train and manage their employees is even more impressive.”
“I had a great experience with this storage facility. Andy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through the facility, showed me the entrances and exits, explained everything clearly, and even recommended the best place to park for easy access to my unit.
The facility is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Andy’s professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for storage in the area. If I ever need storage again in the future, I would definitely come back here. Thank you, Andy, for all your help! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Chris was amazingly helpful! So informative and got me set up with absolutely everything I need. I would store with you guys again simply because of his customer service!”

“I had a great experience with 617 Movers! I had a 1-bedroom move out to storage and then a long-distance move from Boston to NYC. All of my things were moved quickly and with such care. Movers were kind and extremely helpful and communicative. Big shout out to Alex, he was awesome! Moving is stressful, but they made it feel so much easier. All around great experience from initialing scheduling with Marcos and team to final furniture installed and checkout occurred on site. Job well done. I will definitely recommend. Great experience.”

“We have had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Norwood and Tim has been key to that experience. We just downsized from a large unit to a medium and there was no question we would stay with the same facility.”
“The customer support lady at this facility is the best! I was able to book the unit and move out effortlessly. Book this facility if you want to save yourself a headache of risking or losing your money while trying to change units in any case of an emergency. This facility had given me the best customer friendly booking experience!”
“I've been to many different ExtraSpace locations. Hands down this one has been home. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The site is always clean also.”
“Our experience at this storage facility was excellent. Their representative, John, a kind South Asian man, was very detailed, organized, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and even asked us questions we didn’t think about when we were bringing in some bulky items! We are delighted the prices were so reasonable compared to other units and especially how accommodating he was as we were booking a unit last minute. We look forward to our continuing contract here.”
“I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.”
“Amazing staff, amazing unit. People are so friendly and are on top of their game when it comes to questions, you can tell the quality and care that they have for their job. 10/10 would recommend”
“Amazing experience! Especially when I needed help. I didn’t have the right key to my storage unit and Andy (the manager) saved the day! I was able to find him in the front office and he was very helpful, kind, with a great attitude. He’s so nice and cheerful. He told me all the options on how he can help and he quickly got me into my locker. Simply the best!”
