“I don't normally write reviews of banks, but the Bank of America branch in Sharon saved my mom $20,000. She was about to get scammed from someone online. But the bank manager, Evelina Gourdoukis, called me to check in before handing the money over to my elderly mother. Evelina knew my mom well enough to be aware of her usual banking habits. She noticed a departure of how my mom usually banks, and she thought quickly to stop my mom from losing $20k by calling me to verify the transaction. I'm so grateful to know that this branch is looking out for my mom.”

“Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

I would like to leave a positive review about the bank employee Ericely Lugo.When I opened a checking account and another day I had an issue with my online account an agent Ericely Lugo dealt with my issue. She is wonderful, responsive, the question was handled at the highest level: everything was prompt, detailed consultation, she definitely knows her job at the highest level. It was very pleasant to communicate during the preparation of all documents. After completion, there were no questions left. Unlike the phone team, Liam was a great listener, pleasant to spend time with, and willing to help. He jumped over numerous hurdles during the application appeals process, found the issue in the system, and got me approved for my company's card on the spot. And as if that wasn't enough, he offered to help deal with this issue for other employees at my company if it happened to them.5/5 stars, would recommend Liam at Newton Centre Chase to anyone.”
