“I don't normally write reviews of banks, but the Bank of America branch in Sharon saved my mom $20,000. She was about to get scammed from someone online. But the bank manager, Evelina Gourdoukis, called me to check in before handing the money over to my elderly mother. Evelina knew my mom well enough to be aware of her usual banking habits. She noticed a departure of how my mom usually banks, and she thought quickly to stop my mom from losing $20k by calling me to verify the transaction. I'm so grateful to know that this branch is looking out for my mom.”

“Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

That was amazing for the debit card that I can use even when I travel outside pf the country for free. Employees there are great. They greet me and offered me a coffee. “I have been banking with this specific bank locally for about a year now and they have given me beyond a great experience. The manager is always so sweet and remembers me every time I walk in. I had an issue with specific recurring charges on my account that quite frankly, I was too busy to deal with. Georges Isidore from this specific branch reached out to ask me about how things were going with my account and checked in with me. This was such a convenience because it pushed me to deal with the situation I had been avoiding. He was personable (not robotic) and felt like talking to a friend offering help. I missed the appointment with Georges but today an extremely kind gentleman named Reynold Geslin has been patiently helping me for about two hours now! He dealt with all the difficulties of filing the disputes, made phone calls for me and took the entire stressful situation out of my hands! I practically just sat there for two hours just waiting while he handled everything! He was very helpful and had a positive attitude the entire time, I am so thankful for this group! Definitely a bank I want to be a part of long term.”
