“Not sure what all the bad reviews are from but phoebe the branch manager was so nice. She went out of her way to help me, and other banks that I have gone to did not seem to care enough to help me. She truly cares about others and she even gave me her card to call her if I have any other questions/concerns. Also, I have been a santander customer for 5 years. Ive tried other banks in the past and this one is by far my favorite. I have had 0 issues banking with them. Definitely recommend this bank/branch.”
