“This is mainly a review for the security guard, that is always so helpful with a smile no matter the work conditions. I’ve visited this atm multiple occasions where the ATM is EXTREMELY hot. I couldn’t breath in there, and their security in a c FULL SUIT is there, with a smile, opening doors, etc. A few weeks ago I seen him give the literal shirt under his uniform to a homeless guy wearing a sweater! I try to recruit this man to my company often, because ANY company is lucky to have an employee like that! GIVE THAT MAN A BONUS ASAP!!!”

“Not sure what all the bad reviews are from but phoebe the branch manager was so nice. She went out of her way to help me, and other banks that I have gone to did not seem to care enough to help me. She truly cares about others and she even gave me her card to call her if I have any other questions/concerns. Also, I have been a santander customer for 5 years. Ive tried other banks in the past and this one is by far my favorite. I have had 0 issues banking with them. Definitely recommend this bank/branch.”
