“Good experience. Salesperson (sorry, forgot her name) knowledgeable, guided me to right purchase at a great sale price. Very personable, easy to work with. Helpful, welcoming phone calls with other salesperson prior to purchase too. First walk-in a couple of weeks earlier felt a little too pressured for me, but sale lured me back and all went well. $99 charge for getting mattress from front door to bed is too high (did it anyway), but that is only real complaint. Overall highly recommended.”

“Johnathan is a true professional, if you are shopping around for a new bed you have to request him. He helped me with financing all while we had crying screaming kids running around. I wanted to hug him at the end. If you want to invest in your sleep go here and make sure he helps you ( I'm sure the other people that work there are great) but he is refined and a genuine person. Very disappointing to have to change our plans to receive delivery due to store error. They need to do better.”

“I can't recommend the Custom Shop highly enough. From the second I walked in, I knew Toni and her staff were professionals. They made new cushions for my mom's 20 year old stickley couch that I had contemplated getting rid of because the cushions were so uncomfortable. The new cushions are so comfortable and look great - it's like I have a new couch. They patiently explained and showed me the options for cushions and were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go back to the Custom Shop!”

“Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.”
