“Great place to spend the night for a fraction of the cost. Don't get me wrong, it could definetly be cleaner, but you pay for what you get, and we got a quiet place to sleep for the night—nothing more, nothing less. TV, Fridge, microwave, in wall AC.It's a mom and pop. The family that owns it were very kind and respectable.”

“We stayed at Lambert's Cove Inn for 2 nights. The host is very lovely, food is delicious and rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Hotel is located in the forests but it's just 10 min drive from the center and it has an access to beach which is one of the best I have seen in a long time. Definitely will be back for more celebrations. Thanks for the hospitality!”

“We stayed here for a long weekend and it was absolutely charming. I’d recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Cod! There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and the beach is right across the street. Housekeeping is 10/10 and the inn itself is really clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed for one night in a Harbor Queen room and it was just delightful. We knew from the pictures that this was going to be like traveling back to a kinder, more polite and less hectic time, and we were right. The room was all modern of course, with things like USB and some USB-C charging ports throughout, but the feel of the place was like something from our distant pre-COVID past when people were nice to each other and looked after one another, instead of just themselves. It was the perfect "home base" to operate from and visit pristine Falmouth, which feel seems to have been intentionally preserved to be as close to the way it used to be in the 1950s. The entire place is a beautiful time capsule. I'm so glad we visited and that we got the chance to stay at the Motor Lodge. We look forward to returning soon!”

“We had a wonderful 2 night stay for a wedding in the area. The check in process was easy, David was very friendly! Made it feel like staying with a friend. Our room was very clean and updated nicely. The bathroom is a little small but certainly ample and I liked having a window in there too. We stayed in the room right by the coffee area which was convenient as it was right by the courtyard door and lobby. However we could hear the morning chatter as people stopped by. That was my only complaint and it is minor. There are so many complimentary features that make this place so welcoming! My favorite thing was probably the front porch where I sat a lot because it rained a lot of our trip. But it was so nice to grab an apple from the coffee bar and some clam chowder from the very close chowder restaurant and sit on the porch with the cool air and rain around me. And the location absolutely cannot be beat! A bagel/coffee shop on both sides and just a hop from the main road and and hop to the ferry and waterfront. When we come back some day we will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!Walkability: So close to everything! Don’t need a car at all. Everything you need is truly just a 1-4 minute walk away, including all the best restaurants in Oak Bluffs”

“We spent a week at the Nobnocket in mid-October and had a fantastic stay. Annabel and Simon were excellent hosts and the accommodations were top notch. Annabel was also very supportive and accommodating for my wife’s gluten free requirements as well. The room and house were well appointed, clean and spacious. It was like a home away from home. The location is very convenient to town and very close to a bus stop if you choose that mode of travel. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit to Vineyard Haven. Thank you.”

“We enjoyed a two-night getaway at this clean, pleasant boutique motel walking distance to the Island Queen ferry and several restaurants and stores. Our room had a fridge, microwave, quiet AC, adorable little gas fireplace, and a spacious jacuzzi! Aaaaaaahhhhhhh! Plus, the shower was perfect! How often can you say that? Their “barn,” located in a patio area, is where you find continental breakfast, as well as all-day tea and coffee, jigsaw puzzles and board games, corkscrews and wine glasses, and so forth. I assume that during the summer, people can meet and greet and be as social as they want inside the barn or just outside in their patio area, but we were there in October so we had the barn all to ourselves! Cindy was a pleasant and friendly host who has a cute little dog, who we bet is the real supervisor!”

“We stayed at Autocamp on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and it was a great experience. Pete was very helpful, gave us a lot of great recommendations and made us feel like home (plus, he is a Rush fan so the great music taste is highly appreciated). Would definitely come back!”

“Stayed here for a quiet romantic weekend right before Christmas. The staff (owners I'm assuming) were very friendly and check-in/check-out were easy. The rooms are nicely renovated, with smart TVs, plenty of outlets, and insanely comfortable beds. The wet bar with refrigerator and microwave are convenient, and the tile flooring throughout is appreciated for hypoallergenics. Two drawbacks of it being an older building is that the bathrooms are tiny and the walls are very, very thin. My two recommendations would be the addition of deadbolts on the doors and dividers on the balcony for added security Overall, I highly recommend the Tides! You can't beat the location and views!”

“My stay at Sands of Time was absolutely wonderful. Bill and Becky went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. My room was very clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view. There was delicious coffee in the office every morning with great restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend staying here!”

“My husband and I stayed at Summer Camp and overall our experience was really great. Our room was spacious and pretty comfortable. The lobby and porch area were really comfy and had a very modern look to it. The only downside was that there were no microwaves in the rooms and there wasn’t an outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer. However, the location of the hotel was extremely close and in walking distance from shops and restaurants.”

“Great location at an affordable price! Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. This is the Cape, where buildings are older and this place had that vintage charm. Parking is a little tight, especially with a car seat, but service is fantastic. If you bring your children please bear in mind- walls are thin, you'll need a stopper for the tub, and most likely a power strip for extra outlets.”

“Wonderful stay the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving night. The food at El’s Tavern Wednesday night and Thanksgiving did not disappoint. The Inn and rooms are classy, clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and eager to please. Trish and John were very helpful. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name. Staff and guests were so friendly. Hopefully we have started a new tradition.”

“We had our Son and Daughter-in-law wedding at the Popponesett Inn under the tent in the middle of a tropical storm last weekend.Even though the weather was not the best it did not overshadow the amazing job Jennifer the wedding coordinator and her team did. They were the absolute best. Didn't miss a beat. The venue, the staff and the amazing meal is still being talked about days later. Jennifer put my daughter in law and son at ease since there needed to be a few minor adjustments to the schedule do to the weather. Everything was flawless. If you are looking for a wonderful venue and especially the most amazing team look no further than The Popponesett Inn @ New Seabury.Cathy Mc”

“Cute little motel in the center of Falmouth. I'm not sure what people expect when they book a motel but this place had exactly what I needed for a little weekend trip - clean room, quiet location, and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Okay so this place isn’t for everyone. Don’t book it if you need a big room, seriously don’t book anything in New England outside of a Hilton if you need space to do a full acrobatics routine (maybe New England isn’t for you?). Tiny rooms but who is spending their hard earned summer vacation in a hotel room? Tho small the rooms were sufficient for our needs. The location is amazing. Walk straight from the ferry to the spot which is just a block from all the shopping and eats in VH. There’s a lovely deck to grab some sun or catch a view of the harbor. The staff is beyond helpful! This is a charming little gem that looks like a “motel” but feels like something more special.”

“This place really has upped it's game! All new interiors & the Italian restaurant inside is really atmospheric and good food as well. Very friendly & very helpful staff.”

“I booked this through an Airbnb listingGreat location at an affordable price. Room was generally clean, towels were plush, and beds were comfortable. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so I could hear TV and chatting from the room next to us. Shower water temperature was inconsistent. They have a lovely heated indoor pool.Love that this was right across the street from bike rental and the Shining Sea bike/walking trail. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance! I would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice community. There is a HUGE need for street name signs. The ones there, you can barely read, until you turn onto the wrong road.GPS signal and cell services are poor, at best.”
