“Ordered Fox Valley 25/30 on Friday afternoon around 3pm for an unexpected intake and it said to expect arrival in 3 business days (CT to south Texas). Was thrilled that they were able to ship it that afternoon and it arrived this morning(Monday) AND it was packaged so well in a box and bubble envelope to ensure safe arrival. Babies are already loving the formula and I will definitely be ordering from Chris's Squirrels again! Thank you so much for quick, quality service.”

“Alex's Advanced Aquatics is a great aquarium store. Alex has a very good selection with great prices, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been there several times to buy various freshwater tropical fish, with the most recent being a gorgeous Halfmoon Betta. Skip the big box stores and check it out. It's really a great little place!”

“Great store! Helpful associate right when I walked in. She helped set up an account and showed me where to go to wash the dog. The dog washing area is clean and large with 3 bays; 2 for large dogs and one for smaller dogs. It's stocked with everything you need from shampoos to towels to a blow dryer. Awesome store! I'll definitely be back! The associates in the store all seem very professional and pleasant. I had a problem with a grooming appointment, but they were quick to reschedule me. UPDATE: Went to wash the dog today and the wash stations were filthy with dog hair. I'm not sure how often they're maintained but the stations were fairly dirty. Also, the blow dryer for the small dogs was out of order. Shampoos were running low, and the towels as well. Seems like the quality has dipped a bit. Still a great place to go for a dog bath, just disappointed this time.”

“In the beginning Smithland had everything imaginable, now, ugh, not so much. I never thought I'd say this.... considering Smithland had low prices, but they've continued to increase their prices astronomically, A.W.Browns is now my go to place! Sorry Smithland, reduce your prices by 30 percent and restock everything you used to carry and I'd consider returning, until then, have a nice bankruptcy!”

“Everyone at Naturally Dogs and Cats is very friendly and personable. Maiya has SO many food allergies and every time we come in we are immediately recognized and Maiya gets an allergy safe treat just for her! She absolutely adores Anna and gets so excited to just be there.For Maiya's birthday, Anna went out of her way to bake Maiya birthday cookies that were allergy friendly. And honestly, they were one of Maiya's all time favorites (she can be picky about treats).In addition, for the holidays last year, I adored the flower bow ties for the dog's collar but was curious about little bow ties for Maiya's ears. Anna, once again, went out of her way to make custom bow ties that clipped on Maiya's fur behind her ears to create some of the best Christmas photos yet!I can't recommend them enough!”

“Found this dog bakery online and they were wonderful! I ordered my golden doodle a bone shaped cake that was flavored with chicken and yogurt frosting and she loved it! The owner was friendly and very helpful when ordering. They also have dog items that they sell. I purchased a scarf and dog toy. I will definitely be visiting here again.”

“Me and my brother went here moments ago and let me tell you, this place is amazing, the staff are patient, calm, and kind. The horses are beautiful and kept in good condition and treated well, it's a little sloppy since there's stool in most places. Payment is cheap and easy so if you are on a budget this is the place. Beautiful trail with fields and trees, and you have control of your own horse making the experience even better. The lady over the phone was very nice and explained to me the prices and how everything works. It's also very easy to find the entrance. Overall it's a great place for family and kids. ?”

It is worth it to sign up for their loyalty card. I received a 5 dollar credit towards my purchase. Their selection of foods and other supplies is great. “Lovely store. Very clean environment. My only concern was with the amount of invertebrates that they had that were dead and the lack of employees to help customers. I was able to Google the questions that I had because an employee wasnt able to assist me in time, but check-out was smooth and hassle free.”

She calmed my concerns about the return policy and held the correct size for my return back to the store. “I normally go to PetSmart Chicopee , but Sunday I had to work at the mall & I figured why not stop at petco!? I showed up 15 minutes before the store was closed , kiara was at the register & was willing to help me find things for my puppy! She came over helped me find my items , price matched everything she could & signed me up for the rewards program ❤️ Jose was upfront helping her check me out and get everything together. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a pet store , never mind a pet store that was about to close ! Thank you Kiara and Jose for being amazing”
“We were looking for a cocktail and they had what we were looking for. We got the call on 11/1/23 the day of the first snow fall but that didn't stop us from going to get our baby. Sure enough he was a beautiful little dna tested boy just what we wanted. After spending a bunch we took him home. Melissa the manager was a very cordial person. She let us know that she clips nails as well as wings with an appointment. She would love to see the little one again in the future. I definitely would recommend going to A W Brown if you are looking for any bird product because the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the products for your pets.”
