“Petco in East Longmeadow has great staff who are knowledgeable, helpful, patient & friendly. Pets are welcome. I have gone here for several years & have found the people, products, staff knowledge are very good. Always willing to help customers. “Pet supplies plus is one of the best. The people are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I see many of the same people working there so I assume it’s a pretty good place to work. You can always order ahead and pick up. Because they’re not a huge chain retailer, they sometimes have low stock. I haven’t tried their veterinary services, but I’m sure it’s worth it!”

“Gianna at pets smart did a great job on our dog Milo. The groom was even and exactly what i asked for. She got spots on him that were problem areas petco never touched when they had him. He was also completely dry and he usually hates the hair dryer, i don't know how she did it. I highly recommend her and the facility in general. It was a good size and fairly clean even with all the grooming going on.”
