“Petco in East Longmeadow has great staff who are knowledgeable, helpful, patient & friendly. Pets are welcome. I have gone here for several years & have found the people, products, staff knowledge are very good. Always willing to help customers. I’m giving a five stars because there’s one gentleman there that is really really kind and friendly knows my dogs name and always is happy to see him and really makes it a more personable experience considering it’s like a a box type pet store compared to like you know a smaller chain so we get that you know friendly face familiarity with this location”

“Gianna at pets smart did a great job on our dog Milo. The groom was even and exactly what i asked for. She got spots on him that were problem areas petco never touched when they had him. He was also completely dry and he usually hates the hair dryer, i don't know how she did it. I highly recommend her and the facility in general. It was a good size and fairly clean even with all the grooming going on.”
