“The owner is very nice, treating potential guests with high respect and is very understanding of their needs. Will have his place as number one choice when staying at the Cape”

“Very nice ambiance, service, and good food! We had calamari as an appetizer and it was great! Our main dishes were all good! Quiet environment and we could talk with each other!”

“This is a good hotel - clean, good staff, great location for the Cape. The only issue was the toilets are really low and small. If you are tall or have a weight issue this will probably be a problem. I am 65 and thankfully in decent shape, and I had trouble with it.”

“Nice motel, nice clean big rooms ,indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor pool, big lawn picnic tables, this is our second time staying there, we love it,its close to the Cape cod canal rail trail for a great scenic bicycle ride along the canal, its also within bicycling distance of the trail and Seafood Sam's restaurant which is located near the trail too. Nice breakfast, with scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes waffles etc. We love this place...”

“only problem was we paid online for room and incidentals but had to spend 35 minutes at check in and call the online engine I booked with before I could check in due to staff at hotel trying to charge 70.00 dollar even though confirmation email show was already paid.”

“Overall the experience was pretty horrible. We stayed for business and picked for the location. The rooms were obviously not cleaned (underwear was found in front of the bed and the showers had dirt in the tub). Location was central to what we needed for our business trip, but I'd choose to drive further for another hotel next time I find myself on the cape.”
