Their prepared foods are absolutely delicious, I mean everything here is good, there isn't one thing here that isn't. A small local business, I strongly suggest you come and try their foods and market offerings. You truly get quality.”

“May2023: 4: I stopped by this location with some family members to get a few items that we needed, including some scratch tickets. There is only street parking that I observed that was available at this location which is on Hyde Park Ave adjacent to Arlington Street, a busy cross street. The store was neat and orderly. It is a city type stop to shop at the corner store location. The cashier was capable and friendly. The store's variety features were the international type. They had quite a few things that I've seen it overseas at this location.”
“We love our delivery service with Thatcher! My two year old loves seeing the spotted cow milk truck. We've been with them for nearly two years—any time there has been an issue (out of stock items, extra items), I call them and they promptly corrected the invoice with no fuss at all. Two thumbs up”

“I've been going to Crowell's since I was a little boy and the store looked like something out of Vermont.Now a Richdale shop, I find the staff always pleasant and the array of products rather remarkable in its breadth. Richdale now has two check-outs so there's rarely more than a couple of shoppers ahead of you. Very fast place!If you're looking for a true convenience store less than a mile off Rt 128 / I-93, this is your place.I read JOHN SMITH's review. He obviously had some bad experiences at Crowell's. But I just want to assure reader's of two things that are factually incorrect in John's review: Crowell's DOES have a huge liquor dept and, second, the staff are unfailingly FRIENDLY and give good customer service.So, don't be scared away by John's negative review.
