They have so many packing materials to use to make sure that our product wouldn’t be damaged. They used foam, corrugated, packaging, material shrink wrap. It was an amazing experience to work with them.”
“Just left Staples in West Springfield where I had the best customer service from a nice young gentleman named Deaundre. He was so helpful and patient with my husband and me (who are both technology challenged) while he assisted us in returning a few items from Amazon. Previous to today's transaction my husband tried to do the same return at Staples in Hadley where the staff was extremely annoyed and were unwilling to assist him. Thank you so much Deaundre!”

“We had a time sensitive delivery where once I received a tracking number was able to communicate with the local branch and Marie Clark did a nice job following up to get it here promptly. Once the truck arrived, the driver (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was also extremely courteous and actually helped get the long pallet off his truck into our shop parking lot.Two great employees represented the Estes name well!”

“This is by far the nicest post office location I've ever gone to, after living in 5 different states and frequenting many a post office. Staff are kind, patient, and helpful, even around the holiday season when I'm flailing around like a lunatic trying to ship one hundred packages and they find me the cheapest options while also helping me tape things. And in a pandemic, too! Special shoutout to Dan, who I'm always particularly happy to be assisted by whenever I'm in.”

“I had missed my package today for my work from home job that needed a signature due to the driver not following delivery instructions. I was so upset and wasn’t sure I would get my computer in time for my start date. I went to the UPS store for help and I was helped by Tiffany. She really showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to contact the needed parties to help me get my package. I really appreciate her and UPS is lucky to have her as an employee. She made everything come together for me and I truly am so grateful she went out of her way to help out. I would give this store 10 stars if I could because of her.”
“A package I sent to Portland, Oregon, from Portland, Oregon, got sent to Chicopee, MA. I phoned to see what procedures would ensue to get the package back to the right recipient in Portland, OR. The man who helped explain the procedure to me was so helpful and clearly explained to me the return procedure. Thanks!”

“I thought the office services at Staples worked very well in terms of availability for customers and user-friendliness.The self-service fax/printers have instructions posted on the machines themselves for those who may not know how to operate them.Additionally, I was so pleased that there are UPS services offered at the customer service counter.Packages are accepted for return at this site, too.”

If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”

“I love love love !!!! This post office? They are open significantly longer and more days of the week than virtually any other office! I have EVERY SINGLE time, been treated with respect! I mail on average, three or 4 packages a week, usually with QR codes, and that requires the counter person to take extra steps and print a label and affix it to the package. Not once has there been a problem with anyone not receiving their package, or any attitude from employees, or anything else that would dissuade me from holding the opinion that it is the best Post office location in the area!! Thank you guys for all that you do and I will definitely be there soon!!”

I have had good conversations with the clerks and have found them to be very helpful. I live in a big city now and I love coming to the Hadley PO when I visit home because of its friendly, small town feel. Just be polite to them and they will be polite to you!”

“Some of THE hardest working postal carriers and clerks in the business. You won't find anyone else in the postal service who puts in the same amount of time and effort as the people here. Even with people screaming in their face, they still perform their jobs to the best of their ability.”
“I mean, it's the post office. My expectations were low. But this particular one is open til 5:30, there was no line, and the person who helped me was very friendly and gave me some tape to better secure my labels. Again, on the scale of the post office, this one got a full score.”

Probably pretty stressful for people who work there to see there is always a long line.I don’t think the guy working there is intentionally rude; it seems like he’s focused on getting the job done with minimal social interactions, or the need of being nice or extra nice.”

“Went there to get my passport photo for renewal. Both clerks who worked with me were so kind and helpful! I was a bit worried about making sure I did this correctly. However, this experience was no stress at all! They went out of their way to assist me and helped me get my passport application sent in.Also, while I was working with them someone came in just to thank them for helping with their passport previously and to tell them it was successfully sent to them just in time for their trip!I definitely recommend this location : D”
