“Great service and great rates. Don't go and pay high prices at any cell phone retailer, Mass Mobile Solutions will have the better deal. I have purchased a note 5, note 8, iphone10 max and a mac book pro. They will offer cash for your old phone. They also have a repair service for phones and computers/laptops. I have been shopping there since the note 5 came out. And I am not the most tech savvy and they have answered any questions I have had.”

I really appreciate it ? She has patience understanding and a wonderful personality. Hope she possibly considers a manager position one day. Highly recommend keep up the great work. “Let me preface this by saying I very rarely feel compelled to give reviews. I have dealt with countless buy sell trade places and pawn shops as I do a lot of business with these kind of places and I must say..... my first impression could not be any better. It's tough these days to find good honest people to do business with and this guy was awesome! Bearing in mind that these places need to turn a profit he was Fair with me on the items I brought in but the real shock and what I take to be a tell as to his character came when I made an offer on an item and he actually proposed a better deal than what i was asking for! He said it's fine because I was fair with him now keep in mind he paid me what I would consider to be on par with someone trying to be fair but needing to turn a profit so he really didn't owe me anything. Some people look at offers from places like this without understanding the fact that they are giving you cash right now and they are going to have to sit on the item and of course the whole point of being in business is to turn a profit so I feel he owed me nothing and had been as Fair as I could ask so it really meant a lot to me for him to do that. Great guy and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.”
“Very good location! Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I was practically ignored the first 2 weeks after trying to upgrade my mothers phone for her. We went in again and dealt with Roscoe who was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, especially dealing with me and the frustrations that I had. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes and I can’t say enough good things about him. He deserves a raise!”

The checkout process was notably smooth, thanks to the friendly and professional cashier, contributing significantly to my positive experience.During my evening visit, I particularly enjoyed the peaceful environment, both in-store and in the parking lot. The attention to detail in stock replenishment and the superb lighting in the makeup aisle enhanced my shopping experience. However, I did notice a limited supply of the "No. 7" product line, which required multiple aisle visits to locate. While this was a minor inconvenience, addressing it could further improve customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Target surpassed that of other department stores, and I look forward to returning.”

“With the heat as bad as it is, it was good to see that Target had a good amount of fans for sale. The store is similar to other Target stores. They have price scans around the store, so it's easy to check on the prices of the items you are interested in. I had a question about an item and this nice lady was very helpful. Good amount of self checkout lanes.”
