“I love this branch. I have a habit of just walking in without an appointment and I'm always taken care of like a valued customer. Customer service seems to be lost nowadays, but not at this branch. I walked In today, no appointment again and Veronica Tejada promptly and pleasantly helped me. She was very friendly, personable and just all around awesome! We need more people like her. Not sure if anyone of importance at Eastern Bank reads these reviews but Veronica was great! Keep it up Everett branch!”
