Safety: We even need our key to leave the pool because it led to an outside door. Good policy.

“Decent! Booked the 2 jacuzzi suites for a night! Rooms and rates are good but some things I think need to be addressed. I was under the impression that both rooms had a heart shaped jacuzzi, however only one did. The other room had a purple-ish jacuzzi shaped like a seashell. Not the end of the world, but I figure people should know that only 1 jacuzzi suite has the heart shaped tub. Also in one of the suites, the shower tub was leaking but when it was addressed to the front desk they said they were aware of it. This hotel has been undergoing a series of renovations including all the rooms (our suites were very recently redone) and all around the property, so I'm sure all things that are currently not in the best condition will get fixed. What else do I think needs attention? Some of the doorways into the main building were locked, so everytime we had to use the main entrance in the front of the building which was a walk from our rooms (our rooms were in the back of the property). I think the indoor pool should close later than the 9pm time (at least 10 or 11pm). It would also be nice if they had some breakfast option in the morning too (either continental style or maybe Ryan's Pub serving breakfast). Will I stay here again, YES! Oh, I think I forgot to say that the front desk staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! Thank you Whaler!!”

“This is where I currently reside. Absolutely love it here, comes with amazing features. Being on the other side of the bridge stinks for traffic reasons, but I'll make that accommodation for the luxuries I have here, for a university campus.”

“Great overnight stay. Basic hotel. It was clean, bathroom can use minor updates.Breakfast was good, lots of choices. It was buffet style. Eggs, french toast, beef bacon (I was actually really impressed by this) roasted potatoes, oatmeal, breakfast cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, assortment of breads, Nutella, butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, fruits, pancake station, fresh juice and coffee with a variety of teas.Would stay again. Friendly staff!”

“Awesomely authentic colonial inn right in the heart of Bristol. Booked the Taylor Suite for my family when we were in town for my brother-in-law's 50th birthday party. The location was perfect! I'm a Marriott Platinum and Hilton Diamond member and spent a lot of time on the road and this was the nicest suite I've been in for years! Very specious and bright. Beautiful kitchen where we were able to make breakfast for everyone the next morning. Front desk was very gracious giving us an extra hour past checkout to be with family. We will definitely be back!”

“Stayed there. If I could give it zero stars I would. Front desk rep. Was rude. Sexist. Terrible. Highway robbery. Room had bugs. Rotten food in the microwave and fridge. Dog ended up with fleas. Had to pay to get them flea dipped. Dirty room. I called the front desk and tried to tell him what was going on and he acted like he couldn’t hear me then hung up. Can I repeat that I called the front desk!! I called the front desk for the rep. to fix my concerns!! And he acted like he couldn’t hear me and then hung up!! There was no accommodations given. Expensive and not worth it. Never ever ever ever staying at a rodeway inn, or a choice hotel again! I brought this to the general managers (carla Vincente) and choice hotels attention and she pretty much justified the terrible service. Never giving these people my money again. I’ll pay those prices at a place that deserves those prices. Highly suggest this to anyone staying in the area. Don’t stay here!!! It’s the worst!!”
