Kyle was our driver and was on time and the crew that was with him did an excellent job packing up everything in her house and labeling it so we could easily find what we were looking for when everything was offloaded in North Carolina.

“Update as of 6/26: This is an awesome location. The staff here are really nice and helpful, every time I’d get a notice that my rent was going to go up, I’d call and they’d adjust it for me to where it didn’t go up a lot or often. The units are clean and safe and well kept with the air conditioning, all of our belongings post moving out are in the same condition as when we stored them. We rented for a year and a half, two units, and this place was great. Only left because we bought a house with space. Highly recommend this location!”

Patty was awesome to work with and made sure that I got the difference back for the months rent I had already paid. The unit was brand new and super clean. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit from additional attic storage if you need one!”
“These people are great. Our team was led by Melissa and had Jake and Chris. They were very hardworking and professional. They came in under budget and it took less time than anticipated. They delivered all boxes without a scratch. Actually one of the men said he was sorry but he thought he scratched my desk. I looked at it and said- Oh I did that several years ago. He was going to take responsibility even though he wasn't sure how he could have done it. I highly recommend the company.”

Grass and flowers maintained beautifully, if other tenants left garbage it was cleaned up immediately! Snow Removal was phenomenal!!! I always had access to the entry gate and my unit, plenty of cameras for security and safety, and well lighted!! “I had a very rough moving experience recently when our closing date got delayed and we were stuck in limbo for almost a week with all our stuff on a moving truck. The guys at the Holyoke U-Haul facility were so nice and helpful in dealing with me and all my stress! They helped me coordinate with our movers to get everything unloaded from the truck into the self storage facility, and then we got every back onto the truck a week later and into our new house. It was pretty chaotic and all the staff were so patient. It was definitely a good experience and I would work with this facility again for sure.”
