“Very interesting aircraft from different sections in time. Volunteers are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind! We were able to go inside a military plane to see how the men travelled from the front to the back and the size of the bombs that were dropped. It really is an amazing piece of history to see the evolution of aviation. My 9yr old son just loves it!”
“Powder Mill Barn has been such a great venue to work with. Our customer have loved using the space for their parties. Recently we've done a few first birthday parties there and the space is really great for that!”

“Keith at the kiosk makes this movie theatre such a memorable place. I have been here about 5 times when visiting family and he has a joke for every movie we go in to see. You can tell he loves his job and is always putting a smile on peoples faces. This is a quality theatre as well.”

“First time playing this course, today. It was on my wish list for 5 years, and I finally made the trip from Connecticut to play it with my friend. I had high expectations going in, and they were exceeded. This place is unbelievable. The course seems to be the perfect blend of having difficult shots, but also reachable ones as well. The perfect balance, and plenty of hole variety. Scenic views - hole 16 might be my favorite hole in all of New England. Can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was incredibly friendly, and inviting, which is always a plus.”

“The merry go round was one of the best I’ve ever been on. My aunt brought me and my cousins and 89 year old grandmother, and it was so fun. The guy who ran the actual merry go round helped my grandmother out so much by helping her on the horse. It was the best. He was the best. Easily 5 stars.”

“What a well organized, age appropriate, fun birthday party for a group of 2 to 4 year old children. Sam and Cetori were amazing, leading the kids in appropriate age games and then knowing when to switch to free time. Parents support their children but it was cleary lead and organized by these two ladies who were cheerful and spoke with language the children could understand. The facility was clean and equipment well maintained. Thankyou for a great birthday party.”

“This Courtyard is ideally located near shopping, dining, and entertainment and has clean elegant suites. The property has amenities such as business area, bistro, cantina, gym, and swimming pool. The bistro boasts four spacious booths and ample two-party seating. Bar?is also available. This will definitely be my preferred spot whenever visiting or traveling through West Springfield, MA!”

“Beautiful place to have a gathering. Very classy. Our food was outstanding. Both in taste and presentation. Staff was very attentive, and subtle at the same time. Sienna and Mark were wonderful to deal with. They really went all out to make our Mom's Celebration of Life event a huge success. We felt that the price was VERY reasonable for the quality of service we got for the 60+ people who attended. We highly recommend this family run establishment for your catering needs.”

“This venue was fantastic. I wish I lived closer when I had my wedding because everything was great and I would have definitely chosen this venue. The staff was excellent and the only complaint I could possibly give is the lemon chicken was not to my liking but everything else that was served was great. I felt like I was in an episode of American Pickers as I walked through the well designed old factory and everything displayed was tastefully done. 5 stars and would recommend this venue to anyone for any occasion.”

“the rooms are very spacious, with a full service kitchen. they also provide utensils, pots pans and community appliances (rice cooker, blender, food processer, etc). there's also a little concierge with affordable snacks, meal kits, and breakfast food for purchase.
my only complaint is that we had to replace the room key cards multiple times since after a few uses they'd stop working. but the male employee (i forgot to ask his name), was great and replaced them with no problem. also amazing guest service by sue! she was extremely accommodating with our situation”
“Venue that can be rented to have celebrations. Ample parking, restrooms are NOT handicapped accessible due to they are down a flight a stairs. Were short staffed on bartenders but when she was at post she was friendly and tactful.”
