“Tellers are so nice. Some have been there for years. The only problem is if you withdraw more than $1,000. They want to know what your taking the money out for. And the Wayland branch is nasty about withdrawals and makes you come inside to do it.”

“I'm not a member, just had to deposit a check to a different credit union (BECU). Fey (hope I spelled that right) was the teller that helped me. Super quick, easy, and the only time I got confused was if I should sign in at the front or just get in line. Someone else came up almost immediately to help me out with that so it was practically a non-issue. Loved the vibes in there- felt like a bank but I didn't get stressed or anxious. Granted, I got there as soon as they opened but the people were nice and the service provided was excellent.”
