“Had an issue with T-Mobile billing. Their call center in Philippines was giving me runaround, literally, not just figuratively. After spending over an hour being transferred from one agent to another without any success I went to the store where I was greeted by Ramses Caba who got in touch with billing. After patiently trying to explain the problem to them for almost 30 minutes and not making any headway he escalated the issue to his manager and successfully rectified my billing error. 0 star to T-Mobile Corporate, 5 star to Ramses and the store!!!

“I have to give a huge shout out to Bose for their outstanding products and exceptional customer service. Over the years, I've purchased wireless headphones and a pair of their glasses, and the quality has been nothing short of amazing. The headphones I've bought from Bose have lasted longer than any other brand I've ever tried. Before switching to Bose almost ten years ago, my headphones would die every month. But Bose products, if taken care of, seem to last forever.
I also have a personal story that highlights their fantastic customer service. Around seven to eight years ago, while deployed in Kuwait from 2016 to 2017, I would always keep my Bose headphones in my cargo pocket. Despite the rough conditions and frequent damage from bumping into things, Bose customer service sent me a brand new pair multiple times during my deployment. Even when I returned home and broke another pair after the warranty had expired, a sales person still replaced them with a new pair and an extended one-year warranty.
Bose has forever earned my loyalty, not only for their top-notch product quality but also for their unparalleled customer service. If every company operated like Bose, they would surely gain my business and respect as well.
