Golf Galaxy in Framingham is top-notch! I came in looking for a rain jacket for my husband and I’m I left with a new club. Jim went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure I found the right fit. His advice and expertise made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my choice. The store itself is well-stocked and organized, but it was Jim’s outstanding customer service that really stood out. Highly recommend both the store and Jim if you’re looking for golf gear!”

“I ordered (2) pairs of shoes online for in-store pick up. I was not getting any updates from the website/app, so I used the live chat and got some more info. The shoes had been at the location but hadn't been sorted- hence the lack of status update. An associate Jose took the time to look me up and go back and forth to find out if they were there- and they were. I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for him because live info is quicker than virtual sometimes. Thank you Jose! (I'm writing this before I go get them so I don't forget to give him praise)”
