(I don’t remember her name but she had purple hair)Her customer service was above and beyond, She was incredibly kind, patient, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She somehow picked the perfect pair of shoes for me just based off my style. She also recommended the most comfortable socks I’ve ever worn in my life. “I’m quite surprised about the bad reviews left for this location because I can’t say enough great things. Every single employee I’ve met through out the past 15 years of going to this store has been nothing but helpful and kind. Everytime I come I leave feeling confident and always find something I love. The store always feels trendy and in style I’ve spent hours trying on things till I found the outfit I needed. The manager is the sweetest lady and one the girls Sammi as well. You will sure be met with a big smile, my favorite free people location!”
“Lots of shoes. Not very good on the available sizes. Jenny was AMAZING and so knowledgeable. She helped me and my kid out big time. We didn't get shoes from her this round, but we'll be back to get them from her. I wish the company did bonus structures for the people actually doing the work. “I had such a wonderful experience today at the Madewell store in Natick Mall! From the manager to every staff member working today, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful.
Shopping with a baby and a double stroller is not always easy, but the team made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my entire visit. They helped me navigate the store, assisted me with sizing, accommodated me with one of their larger fitting rooms so I could comfortably bring my baby in, and whenever I needed another size, they truly went above and beyond to find it — whether that meant checking the back, looking through displays, or searching the front of the store.
What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and helpful everyone was. They were so patient, attentive, and even sweet with my baby, which meant a lot to me as a mom. My sizing varied between items, and instead of making it stressful, they made the experience easy, positive, and enjoyable.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. I left feeling helped, welcomed, and really great about my shopping experience. Thank you to everyone at Madewell Natick Mall for making shopping as a mom feel so enjoyable and supported!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Josephine. She was very quick to ask me if I needed assistance and helped me every step of the way. I was shopping for my first professional suit and went in assuming I’d buy a black or houndstooth suit. Josephine recommended a green suit (Ann Taylor calls it “soft pine”). Although I was originally skeptical, she insisted and I was pleasantly surprised. The color was noticeable but not tacky. The suit was also tailored beautifully! In fact, the suit helped me stand out at my interview and I believe it was one of the reasons I got accepted to PA school! I could not have done it without Josphiene.”
