“Took a skunk here today found the poor thing dying in my yard so quickly called them then once I got the okay took it to them drove 45 mins each way and the old lady at the door she just is rude you can tell she hates her life and anyone around her she needs to get a new job in a place like this ONLY GOOD VIBES SHOULD BE AROUND! Then I have to wait until fall to find out if the poor thing lives or died while in their care hell if you don't have someone to update people on trying to save lives I will gladly volunteer to call people back and give updates until fall smh this is a great place otherwise I'm not giving a bad review I'm just stating you dont have to be rude or grumpy to people that are trying to help animals”

I brought my dog to the ER to see the neurology specialist. Yes, I had to wait and it was very expensive, as anything medical - human or animal - tends to be. But they were transparent from the get-go. Each and every staff member was pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions.

I would highly recommend this hospital and I would take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt.”

“We couldn’t be happier with Healthy Paws. Our dog was a rescue who came to us as a tri-pawd. Two years after his adoption he ended up having a severe infection in his stump. Healthy paws found, that on top of the infection, his original amputation wasn’t done correctly and his femur bone, which should have been removed, was left inside and was pointy, thus hurting him from the inside. They not only treated the infection but they gave him surgery to remove the bone. He is now fully healed and is like a new dog! He has been more playful than ever before. We highly recommend Healthy Paws for your veterinary care!”

“My Nisha and Sadie Rose had the most wonderful care from everyone at CAH and the Inn and Spa for over 10 years. We unfortunately moved from the area and have never been able to find care that has been able to match CAH! I am thankful and grateful for the services that I receive there as well as the friendships that I was able to make. In the darkest times of losing one’s family member, they too mourn. Even if they are about to close for the day and your pet is in a life threatening emergency, they stay open to ensure your pet’s safety. I am so pleased to see that many of the staff that I was able to see on a regular basis are still there today. It shows the dedication and fortitude of the staff and organization. Dr. Pellegrini was very patient and thorough. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease. They even gave me a free bag of Science diet dog food, generous place and honest. “We’ve been bringing our furry family members to Riverlin animal hospital for 10 years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else! They’ve helped us in our worst and best moments with the animals we hold dear. Over the last decade they’ve helped us care for all three of our cats and 5 dogs. Two of our pets were very complex cases - a dog with a mystery pulmonary illness who two large well speciality vet clinics threw their hands up. Dr. Campbell spent hours of his personal time emailing us after hours and researching different options. He was able to cure our boy and he lived a happy healthy life to the ripe old age of 15! Then one of our kittens who Tufts said was one of the worst Dry Neuro FIP cases they’ve seen. Riverlin worked collaboratively with the Tufts Neuro team, squeezed us in for emergency treatments and their vet tech team was beyond incredible! One of their techs had a cat who survived FIP and gave us her personal number to coach us through the ups and downs on the weekends and late nights. I really do not believe our boy would be alive and thriving without them. And I know there isn’t a better vet team in the country than Riverlin. They’re just the best!”

“I recently adopted a little Frenchie mix who is high energy and super reactive but also in need of a checkup and way overdue for a nail trim.
I am so happy to have found VCA online, they have many locations Westborough is closest to us.Our first visit didn’t go very well .. my poor little girl was petrified and made sure everyone in the office knew it . Dr Elbaz was patient gentle and completely understanding. No treatment was forced on her and we were not charged for the appointment. Instead we were given 2 prescriptions for anti anxiety medication and a new appointment. Which was today and was such a great experience.The whole staff is friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. Dr Elbaz is very down to earth and easy to talk to. The assistants were also very relaxed and easy to talk to . VCA is very affordable and has a no pressure approach . No products or treatments were pushed on me at either of our appointments and it is obvious that they are very well stocked with anything needed to care for or spoil our pets . The first visit is FREE Im not sure how long this special deal will be valid I would suggest anyone needing to take their pet for a check up look into VCA . The staff is friendly compassionate and knowledgeable they will do right by you , your precious pet and your pocket ♥️”

Dr. Augusto has never tried to push unnecessary testing or expensive extras on us to gouge for money out of our pockets. “My wife and I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for our family dog. I called Sutton animal hospital and the staff was nice and very friendly. They scheduled us an appointment and walked us through the new patient / intake process. We saw Dr. Karen and Lynn was our veterinarian technician. Both were very nice! Took time to explain the procedures, test, etc that we would need for our dog and answered all our questions.They were extremely good at what they do and were able to make our dog feel less anxious and my wife and I couldn’t be happier we found them! 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area in need of a vet :)”

“I just cannot say enough about Route 20 Animal Clinic, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous, and staff, especially Colleen. My parents and I have been taking our pets to the clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Nick is so caring, patient, and understanding. Often he's returning calls until 8pm and has given his personal cell phone number if there are any issues post sedation, regardless of procedure. From tumor removal surgery to dental cleaning he calls to check on our pets. He will also ask about how my parents are doing and their pets when I go for a visit with mine. Colleen is fantastic with grooming. My long haired cats would get shaved in the summer so they were more comfortable and she always made them look so adorable and smell so nice. She's also so kind and compassionate, plus prompt with returning calls. If there is a specialized surgery Dr. Nick can't do, he has always referred me to excellent surgeons. For end of life issues, the staff are above and beyond caring and loving. This doctor truly seems to love his work and it will be such a loss whenever he does retire. Comparable rates, prompt response, varied services, excellent care. If you want an excellent veterinarian, Dr. Nick Kotsopolous at The Route 20 Animal Clinic is the one to see.”

Tufts took such good care of Her and e with Counseling for me during that time, which will so help. Thank you. Something I really needed. Thank you Tufts. Also, they now take care of my new puppy. AnnieBelle was 2 months old when she was 7 months old now, so I have all trust and believe in Tufts for my animal's needs.”

“My puppy Suzie was seen today for her first visit with Rt. 20 Animal Clinic, 5/2/2025 for a health check, to be chipped, her nails trimmed and a few medical shots.
Suzie is 3 months of age but I’ve only had her a very short time, about 5 weeks now.
I could not possibly be happier with her new Dr., Nicholas Kotsopopoulos, than I am right now while this visit is at his facility @ 84 Southwest Cutoff, Worcester MA. 01604
The staff as soon as I walked into the receptionist area, I was greeted with the nicest smile and the lady at the reception desk, with care, her accommodations, she paid such attention to our new puppy, so complimentary, she took our information and double checked by the added little notes I had written on the papers, I had received where Suzie had been purchased and where her first shot were administered.
She was completely thorough at setting up all correct information in the system. Frequently admiring our newest little fluffy puppy.
The wait time was minimal, and once Dr Nicholas Kotsopopoulos announced Suzie, my husband & I went into a very organized clean exam room, my first time meeting Dr. Nicolas K., but my husband has been a client for several years always returning to him and his care for our furry kids care . I worked hours that I hadn’t accommodated hours for vet visits.
Now I can’t say enough of what I had missed not attending our pets office visits, He is the kindest, most caring man I ever could of possibly sought after, I’m so thankful for all the care he did give our past pets, which are now all but our Cat Jaspuur and our new puppy Suzie, have gone into The ? Bridge.
Our Suzie received a thorough full examination, which was completed with question and answers n what treat or no treats for the growth of our puppy, he asked about the food we feed her, he removed dewclaws, inserted a microchip in her and she made a peep, I’d expected much more resistance from Suzie, but He Dr. K and his associate gave such care of her, I already set up her next appointments, the Dr. explained her tests will be sent out to a lab as expected and will email me results unless any issue arises, then he’d call us at home.
We also spoke of her training to be continued, the use of peepad training also, and outside care, We live in an area of farms, a lot of woodland and ponds and with that ticks, mosquitoes etc, I also asked about her being age appropriate for a specific tick n flea collar and Dr. K agreed she is within the right age and weight for this specific flea collar , which he also carried right there in his facility!
I again having just met him will not seek another care for Suzie and continued care for Jaspuur.
I’m blown away with the entire staff, I had the pleasure of meeting, the care of excellence, the knowledge and care & advise I asked for and agreed with his opinion, yet still being allowed to make my own decisions and I in total agreement with his opinion, which is what I’ve already been trying and hearing his opinion made me feel 100% satisfied, and knowing Suzie is off to a great start from the top of her pretty head to the bottom of her toes !

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY, and Dr. Ks Care and his staff, I look forward to every visit for many many years !

“I can’t say enough about the exceptional care our dog Nikki received at VCA Northborough this past Saturday.

Nikki was attacked by another dog on her afternoon walk and needed urgent treatment for multiple wounds to her neck, shoulder, chest, and front leg. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Kim, Dr. Knight, and the entire staff treated Nikki with such compassion, skill, and dedication. They stayed well past closing time to make sure she was stable and comfortable enough to come home with us that night, knowing she would rest better at home than staying overnight.

We are so grateful for the level of care and attention Nikki received during such a frightening time. Her wounds will take a couple of weeks to heal, and her spirit may take a little longer, but she is already well on her way to a full recovery, thanks in no small part to the incredible team at VCA Northborough.
