320 Russell St, HadleyWe’ve been bringing our puppy to Valley Vet since his first visit. While he hasn't been sick sick yet (aside from the neuter surgery), so I can’t speak deeply on complex medical cases, I am very impressed with the practice so far:
1. Seamless Communication: Their email system is incredibly efficient. Whether I'm scheduling an appointment, requesting an invoice, or asking a quick health question, they respond promptly. This level of accessibility solves 99% of pet parent anxiety!
2. Attentive Staff: Both the front desk and the doctors are very kind. I especially appreciate that they follow up with you after sick visits to check on your pet's progress.
3. Availability & Cleanliness: The facility is clean. Because they have many doctors on site, I’ve found it easy to book a sick appointment within just a few days.
While the doctor visit fees is higher than other local clinics...you definitely get what you pay for here

2 Frost Ln, HadleyLaura is beyond excellent with cats. We have a 6yr old Norwegian Forest Cat who only hangs out with us, and hides whenever anyone else enters the house. She's also a nervous wreck when when she stays at a Kennel. Laura came to see her twice a day for 2+ weeks, and became Feather's first new friend in 6 years. Laura was so patient and determined to get Feather out of her shell and it eventually worked! Feather was--for the first time--completely her fabulous, relaxed self when we returned from vacation. Thanks for the peace of mind, Laura!

I especially appreciate the willingness of the staff to answer questions and provide tips to help me help my dog be his best puppy self. A+

155 Russell St, HadleyPlace has a great staff who actually care about the animals. They do little events often for the dogs and have photos taken in theme. They do birthday shout outs for their animals and chances are if your dog goes to the hotel, you’ll find many pictures of them on the facebook page. Great place!

102 Mill Valley Rd, HadleyBest ice cream in town! My husband and I recently had a backyard wedding celebration in Amherst and we got 3 gallon tubs of ice cream for dessert. It was a huge hit and our guests loved it. I definitely recommend this place whether you want just one scoop or 3 gallons, it is delicious!

Great flavor points. Mac and cheese good. Jambalaya excellent. Huge portions. Wonderful staff. Warm atmosphere. Nice range of options. Delicious desserts. The food is addictive and dangerous ?
