I appreciate that Elise explains the psychology behind why a dog is behaving in a certain manner. Understanding triggers and how a dog perceives the world has made a huge difference in training our super anxious dog. I’m looking forward to the rest of our training journey with Elise.

I almost got the Banh Mi Sandwich because you usually can't go too wrong in my book with that, but I felt I needed to at least try this offering in the spirit of living life. I asked the waiter if some people found it to be disgusting. He was honest. He said it can be rich for some. And not everyone likes it. But most do. In fact some drive 2 hours for this pizza. What started as a novelty menu item is now a permanent fixture. For good reason, I found out. It was quite astonishing. Many of the ingredients push my imagination of acceptability but it worked: Cream cheese (in addition to Mozz), fake crab (I know?!), scallions, duck sauce (?), wonton crisps (yes). Crazy.
