Northampton Veterinary Clinic: Paporello Lori L DVM
190 Nonotuck St Suite 105, NorthamptonMy cats have been visiting this vet for the last year and a half. Dr. Barnes was really helpful in getting my 10yo cat through a big patch of anxiety. She was careful not to run too many tests that would ensure I didn't come out of pocket for unnecessary expenses (oh, that student-on-financial-aid life). And she also trusted my cat mom intuition that his anxiety was exacerbating the issue he was having. All in all, v helpful! My 8yo cat sprained her muscle from jumping and one of the other vets was able to get her in the next day and take a peek at her. They gave her some pain meds and helped me with some advice on ensuring she took the pill. We've also had some vet visits to get rabies and other vaccines. Before the visit, I called the office and they were able to give me some pills that would help de-stress the cats pre-visit. Dr. DeLisle was so helpful in assessing Bella's vision and make sure my cats were healthy. We've seen three different vets here at various times and they were all helpful. Definitely, definitely recommend these fine folks!

North King Animal Clinic
436 N King St, NorthamptonDr Owen is wonderful! And her staff is just the best!! I was a client years ago but I moved and had to switch vets. I've recently moved back and am thrilled to discover, ten years later they still have my info and animal records. They got all FOUR of my cats updated in the system AND in for office visits within about a month. (All other vets were 3-6 months wait for an initial visit, plus a $30-$100 deposit PER cat!) I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience at North King animal clinic!

Progression Brewing Company
9 Pearl St, NorthamptonSitting in Progression right now, listening to some tasty light jazz (no cover, btw:). As always, the taproom manager, Chris, is omnipresent, making sure everyone is happy as possible. The staff is always so friendly and it creates such a great atmosphere (shout-out to Brittney).I am a beer snob, and let me tell you, all the styles are at the high end. Mostly wonderfully hoppy IPA's, but also a lovely Kolsch, and terrific stout are available today. There are even 3 different hard seltzers for the non beer lovers out there.Food is pub style, of course. The menu is a bit limited, but top notch.Highly recommended for a fun night out that doesn't break the bank

The Barb & Olive at Northampton Bicycle
319 Pleasant St, NorthamptonMy husband and I hosted our wedding welcome drinks at The Barb & Olive. Leila and Kit were so easy and fantastic to work with, helping to accommodate a one drink/guest drink ticket system and adding custom mocktails to our bar menu. The unique bar was cozy and a fun surprise for our guests who didn't expect the bar to be literally inside the bike shop. We can't recommend the bar enough, and the venue as a hosting spot for any smaller events! Thank you Leila and Kit for the wonderful experience.
