I’ve been taking all my animals to Valley Vet since moving to the area over 6 years ago. I’ve seen various doctors there, all great. All of my animals have been “pets”and treated as such, but I recently got a “soul pet” that I’m strangely terrified for his safety and health (I can’t explain why). Dr Rhodes has been the absolute best at working with me on my beloved shelter cat Jack Reacher and his issues. She ALWAYS answers my emails promptly no matter how crazy I sound. The staff and techs are always on top of things. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

My daughter bring her new pup Dixie here and let me tell you, she LOVES IT! Both Dixie and my daughter. When we went to drop her off yesterday I got to see Dixie’s reaction as we pulled up and let me tell you her dog was SOOO Excited to be there! She comes home happy and exhausted from all the playtime. Never has she had any problems. The one suggestion I would make is better communication from staff to pet owner. When my daughter brought her for her “consultation” to see if Dixie was a good fit, there were no notes, no comments nothing. My daughter was like “well did she do okay? Can she come back?” And the staff was like oh yes. No details no info. I just think it would of been nice for someone to come out with Dixie and tell my daughter “ okay she did great, no problems, we would love to have her back” just some form of communication about the visit that’s suppose to see if she’s a good fit for there. But no one said a word to her, they just brought Dixie out and said have a great day. My daughter was a bit confused and had to call and ask questions. But other than that they are surely a 5 star place!!!

Fantastic icecream, tastes SO fresh. When I was asking about what flavors tasted like, the lady told me the blue moon icecream tasted like fruit loops to the staff. They were right, it really tastes like fruit loops and it was fantastic. Whenever I am nearby, I will go out of my way to come here!

I love how many gluten free options they offer. The ice cream tacos are sooo yummy and they always have gluten free options for those (as long as you get there before they sell out!). While I prefer just plain old vanilla ice cream, I have tried many of the ice cream taco flavors and they're all good! The GF chocolate oreo flavor is my second favorite. It's great thay they're open year round for that sweet treat fix!
