“I highly recommend North Shore Bank. I went into the bank today frazzled from a security breach from somewhere else. I had a lot of things to accomplish this morning. I was on a mission. I said, “I hope everyone has had their coffee, you are going to need it this morning.” They said they had not, left the building, went and got coffee and got me one too. It’s the little things that encourage me to bank local. It may have just been a cup of coffee but it was more to me. I feel when anything positive happens in this day and age you need to share it.”

They held by card at the main bank and together we tried the card there where they could retrieve it immediately if it was eaten again. Worked fine. Especially for a bank I do not use regularly, they could not have been more immediately helpful. Highly recommend!”
