“I was so bummed when I woke up this morning and discovered that my phone wasn't turning on today, so I thought I'd stop by a Verizon store and see if they could help me get it back in action. Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. “My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time and believe the most knowledgeable and most helpful associate is Derek. I cannot say enough good things about him! On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones. For those reasons, even if there was a bit of a wait, we are happy to wait patiently because we know he is committed to giving the best customer service possible while gaining customer loyalty. “I went into the Hanover store last Sunday for my 3rd purchase in the past 2 years. Eventhough I wasnt looking forward to paying $800, I knew I wanted the iPhone 17. While Mike R. was looking up my acct, and what discounts I may qualify for, I told him that I wasnt looking forward to the larger size of the 17 compared to the 12 mini. He looked at my cracked phone, and instead suggested filing a claim to replace my 12 mini. It’s refreshing in this day and age to know that a sales person will actually listen to you, and try to help you, and not just try to upsell you on the current, most expensive model. I would highly recommend Mike R. and this T-Mobile branch.”

“Love Lisa and Val. Its like walking into my house when my kids and I go into the store. I chat with them, they give me a hard time (with love), listen to me complain and are so sweet to my kids. Everyone in town knows these ladies and loves them!! The store also has continuous good deals on snacks my kids enjoy, but its the friendliness that keeps me coming back.”
