Where do I begin? The new app is a joke. I don't know what you guys did but I haven't been able to get into my account for a week now and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone in customer service. Worst credit union ever.

Post office told me to go here to cash money order because they don't carry cash. Credit union won't cash it because I'm not a member. What a joke. And to think the money order is government issued.
