Caring for elderly parents can be difficult when you work full time and have a family of your own, but with the help of Narik and his staff, my life has become so much easier.
Narik displays the absolute best customer service and is never bothered when you call with a question. He knows/remembers your name as soon as you enter, he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to medications, and he personally will come out from behind the counter to help find what you need. Medications are always ready timely, and the bubble packing has helped my parents take the correct medicines at the correct time.

“You will not find the personalized service that Winchester Pharmacy provides anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, they are knowledgeable and efficient at what they do. Pharmacies are busy places by nature but the staff makes you feel as if you are their only customer. They also provide delivery service which makes obtaining your prescriptions extremely convenient.”

“I chose the West Concord Pharmacy to pick up my medications because of its location, between Emerson hospital and my home. My meds were ready when i walked into the store, straight ahead was the counter and at least two people behind it ringing up customers, I quickly paid and left. Over time i learned to renew my meds over the phone easily, and soon the clerks recognized me as I walked in, and had my prescription at the counter by the time i got there. You can count on efficient and friendly service at WCP, in a timely fashion. Prices on otc goods are modest as well, a surprise for the area!”

“I wanted to just take a moment to personally thank the pharmacist Alicia who really went above and beyond to help me obtain a very important medicine for my teenage son in a moment's notice. She really went the extra distance and even made a telephone call to one of our secondary insurance providers to expedite matters so there wouldn't be a delay. I had been using ACCRX for 15+ years to provide a special medication that needed to be compounded but we recently switched to a local large chain pharmacy because my son no longer needed the liquid form and could finally swallow capsules. Due to recent developments with said large chain pharmacy, we had to revert back to ACCRX and they really saved the day. I am so relieved and thankful. Thanks again Alicia and ACCRX.”
“I had an appointment across the street so I stopped in this morning for a couple of things. 9am, nice and quiet on a Monday morning but all of the fresh items were already out and looking enticing for the day (I'm talking to you, two huge sections of donuts and muffins).I was only in this location once before, that was a Saturday so it was pretty crazy inside but that is to be expected. My usual location is Chestnut Hill (and Natick before it closed), but if in the area I would definitely stop in again.... and linger a little while longer in the bakery!”

“I recently moved from Newton but still use this pharmacy. The staff is terrific. They are helpful and make great suggestions. They even call when you start a new medication to see how it is going! Feels even better than the old school pharmacies. The manager here goes above and beyond. I had a problem with a general checkout amount (not pharmacy) during the Pandemic and wrote about it on a customer survey. She called me to follow up and made it right. Wow. When does that ever happen. I'll keep using this Walgreens as long as it makes sense to drive in. Thanks Langley Road Walgreens!”

“Pandemic Senior store: this has long been my neighborhood grocery. During the Pandemic I've been going at "Senior Hours" at 6am on Thursday's. I'm impressed. There is a well masked crew of staff restocking and one of two other parties of customers. There is always a checkout open despite the lack of early customers. Sometimes they lack stock, but I gather that is true of all it's competitors. It is well marked and friendly; that's what I need.”

They have 3 or 4 people behind the pharmacy counter who have always been polite and helpful and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and professional. They answer the phone a lot faster than the other stores in the area and answer my questions putting me at ease. Unfortunately, I was not able to fill my prescription here this month, due to a nationwide cyber attack.Naturally, after significant effort on my part, I was able to have my doctor send a new prescription to CVS which they were able to fillThe price you ask? It was twice as expensive as if I got it from Osco pharmacy.Unfortunately, I can’t wait for the medication so I had to go with the higher price, but I am poor anyone who is a patron of CVS to switch their allegiance to Osco pharmacy which provides the same medication at a much reduced price. in my case ADD medication is 1/2 of what it is at CVSAt the pharmacy there is one employee in particular, which I really like and is very accommodating. I’m sure anyone who frequents the store knows who I’m talking about but he is male and has curly hair and is very nice and understanding. I have never once encountered a person like this at CVS, and this is not a smear. This is a honest review from a person That has been struggling to find their medication due to the nationwide cyber attack that recently happened in February 2024I hope next month to fill my prescriptions at Osco pharmacy. I never want to go to CVS again essentially what they have done is exploit peoples withdrawal symptoms by charging exorbitant unfair prices that are twice what their competitors sell life-saving medication for.I have no ulterior motives. I do not have stock in either company, but I have struggled all day with being unable to acquire my medication in a timely fashion, and I’ve been absolutely shattered to find out that I now have to pay twice the amount for the same medication at CVS.I have federal, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and I have looked extensively online for a lower price, and this has yielded it no results.Personally, I blame Biden for overly aggressive Russia sanctions, which, in my opinion, triggered a cyber attack that targeted the healthcare industry leading to increased medication, cost for millions of Americans”
