“This place is AMAZING!!! My son's iPhone stopped charging, so we stopped in.. no appointment needed..The woman was right there at the desk and my son told her what the problem was she took his phone and fixed it RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!!!!! I am so grateful we were able to take care of the problem right away, my son needs his phone for work etc. VERY FRIENDLY, RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Amazing customer service. Both the owner and his wife were super friendly and so helpful. They even threw in some extras for a great discount. My husband and I switched from a t-mobile family plan about 2-3 weeks and our service has NEVER been better. Trying to get my other family members to switch. We will definitely be back just for the amazing customer service we received. We recently moved out of the city about 30 mins away but will continue coming to this location for sure! “Brought my grand daughters iPhone in to fix a crack on the back. The repair had a couple of set backs- I confess I was worried ( she is 15- phones are life and any glitch is a life crisis ?)Took a bit of extra time waiting for parts and people, but they couldn't have been more professional and not only got it done right but let her pick a new case by way of apology for the frustration.

He also erased all the data from my old phone so I could return it to Google for cash. He double-checked that all my information had transferred properly and that my new phone was functioning correctly before I left Verizon. Travon took the time to clearly explain all the benefits of different plans, and even provided a printout for me to review at my own pace. This made the decision-making process much easier. He also found the most affordable option for swapping our old phones for new ones, ensuring we got great phones under the deal.
Travon was upfront about the potential for a higher first month's bill, but he clearly explained the reason behind it. This transparency was very much appreciated.

“More like Jiminy Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer! I say this because of the wonder this establishment produced for me. To start I should be clear! THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT! Also! THIS IS NOT AN FOOD STORE FOR EXOTIC PETS!! Confusing I know, but trust me when I say this is probably a useful store. I've been hearing that people have been talking about getting telephones a lot recently and I have good news for you! I think this place sells those specifically! I say I think as I wasn't able to go into this aforementioned phone arena. They were closed when I walked by, but they do have windows in the front that showed some of their products. I mean I couldn't see it too well as I was across the street. But I think they sell phones! I don't know if they are the best phones, but I do know that there is a standing mailbox outside of it which is pretty darn helpful!So whether you have something to mail or you want to look and see if this store has phones for you, there is no need to "Wish Upon a Star" you can just come to Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer when they are open! Unless you just want to use the mailbox, in which case I think that's always open.Also when I was younger I learned how to draw Pinocchio from the VHS cover pretty good. I could only draw this and the cigarette man from Doonesbury. I was praised for one and got in trouble for the other. This sort of neutralized my thoughts on drawing as an activity for me.”

“On the 28th of December my phone broke and had to have a new phone sent to me from my insurance. I received it the next day and thought I was set, however I couldn't get my Dexcom 6 blood glucose monitor off my old phone due to the fact the touch part wouldn't work and the bottom half was black. I went to the T-Mobile store at 537 Lincoln St. and was helped by the entire staff, Elsa, Shaq, Mike and Gabriel. i was there for close to 2 hours with each one of them doing everything they could think of to help me try and retrieve my information and delete the app from my old phone. I eventually got to use a wireless mouse to do this, again with the help from each of these employees. This was extremely important to me due to health reasons as well as customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Not only have I ALWAYS spoken highly of Sprint/T-Mobile, but the people at this specific location are the greatest I have ever come across.”
