“Had an issue with T-Mobile billing. Their call center in Philippines was giving me runaround, literally, not just figuratively. After spending over an hour being transferred from one agent to another without any success I went to the store where I was greeted by Ramses Caba who got in touch with billing. After patiently trying to explain the problem to them for almost 30 minutes and not making any headway he escalated the issue to his manager and successfully rectified my billing error. 0 star to T-Mobile Corporate, 5 star to Ramses and the store!!!

But as I was trying to find the office supply section, someone saw me looking around with a look of "I don't know WHERE?????!" and she asked me if I needed help. She directed me to the right area and I was able to find the items I was looking for. I found this store very nicely set up and all the items were neatly stocked on the shelves. A nice store to shop.”

“This location in Milford looks pretty clean and updated, I work around the area so I've been here many, many times. Most cashiers here are extremely quick to help you, they can bake you a whole large pizza up to order and chicken wings and I paid 10 bucks for that. Ever wondered if McDonald's is as cheap as it gets for fast-food? Well the other day I was walking around this area with my wife and kid, playing that stupid Pokemon game (there's a billion pokestops around this store) and we all stopped here for a snack. 2 pizza slices , 5 cheese sticks, a quarter pound hot dog with chilli cheese, 2 potato chips and 2 jumbo sodas and it was all under $10 . So if you want quick cheap food and you're tired of the Big Mac try this place here, you won't regret!”

“Excellent experience with T-Mobile in Ashland. Nik and Ash spent hours with us helping us to decide what phone to buy, finding us the best deal (by far! One phone was free!), moving our info from our old phone to the new phone, etc. They were totally honest - telling us the truth about what would work and what wouldn't - to our benefit only, not necessarily to theirs or T-Mobile's. “I couldn't be happier with the service or the product, Made an order over the phone, who I spoke with spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with me answering questions verifying what I had in mind was truly what I wanted, suggesting some things and I ultimately got a Uniden SDS100 and the pre programed service. All of which shipped on time just a couple days for me being in the same state. I think people should be aware scanning local fire, police, and public works, Is not as simple as it once was. Its pretty technical and has taken some time to get things to work they way I want them. Be patient, take some time to learn and understand things the SDS100 is extremely capable matched up with the sentinel software and requires a computer and understanding some computer stuff, both of which I stumbled my way through and nearly have things they way I want. Thank you”
