“I stopped in the other day to purchase paint for renovating our new house. I didn’t realize it when I pulled in, but they were closing in 15 minutes. I let them know that I could come back the next day, but Ethan went out of his way to explain things to me and even mixed some samples for me right before close. His service was above and beyond. He mixed a custom paint color for me and it was exactly what I was looking for.He even called me the next day to let me know the progress on my order. That’s definitely not a service you get when shopping at big stores. I will definitely be back!”
“Best place around, what ever the Big outlets, dont carry ever or any more, this family owned place does, and more, if for some reason they don't have in stock, they will gladly help order it for you. Been regularly going there since they do carry whatever I can't find at the big dealers, and the sons are the most helpful and kindest dudes you will ever meet. “Monnick is truly wonderful! After unsuccessfully trying Lowes/HD to get some keys copied I stopped here. They warned me the keys may not work as Chevy requires chipped keys, but I asked to try anyway. They happily attempted my request. Then once I got to pay I realized I left my card at home and my apple pay wasn't working. I was so embarrassed but they said no big deal, gave me my keys and said come back and pay later! I was honestly shocked! They didn't have to do that, but they did!And I'm happy to report the keys worked!”

“We spent 12 hours painting our bedroom(primer, then paint). It was not easy, it was hard work due to how the room is set up. We had started the paint once the sun started to set.. I told my husband I didn't love the color and it looked nothing like the swatch. Thought maybe once it dried, it would look better. The next morning, once the paint was dried and the sun was up we realized something wasn't right. Only now just realized that THE GUY GAVE US THE WRONG COLOR. We asked for High Park and were given Liberty Park. I guess maybe it's partially our fault for just trusting him and not double checking? But it's not like he asked us if it was the right color when he gave it to us (like they usually do at Lowe's).Livid is an understatement. I'm crushed as I have back issues and this was not an easy task for us. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because Tyler was nice enough to offer us a new can of paint in the correct color. He was very nice and although I'm extremely disappointed, he was super helpful and I'm VERY thankful! I'm glad he was there today, as he was very apologetic.(The color around the plug is the color we wanted, the pea green color is what we were given initially)”

“While the Watertown store is so much closer for me, it is chaotic in there and West Roxbury is often the same. Since I was in Natick anyhow, I stopped in on a weekday around 10am to get one of those mesh screen door things that you walk through (it actually works, not bad for $15). Masks and sanitizer at the front door for anyone who needs/wants it, and I wandered around looking for the item (for whatever reason, the aisle/bin number wasn't online). After I gave up wandering, I flagged down Bruno who found it for me (thanks Bruno!) and headed to the self checkout. Only negative to the in-store experience was the woman in charge of this area: having someone who is friendly would be a bonus. I can't imagine the parking lot on weekends, so go on a weekday if you can (or right when they open on Saturday and Sunday). The entrance/exit onto Speen St has a traffic light and the Route 30 exit is right-turn only (unless you want to just take a left anyhow). HD stores are dog-friendly as well!!”

“Marathon Tool is the place to go for anything a homeowner needs. I needed to pump out my side yard and they had a great pump with all the hoses and made sure it was in perfect working condition. They stand behind their products and want their customers to be satisfied. Better than the big box stores. I highly recommend them.”

“I was there today at Natick store. Natick is very far away for me from Lexington. But they have great vanities with stone like counter top all the time. The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!”
