I let them know that I could come back the next day, but Ethan went out of his way to explain things to me and even mixed some samples for me right before close. His service was above and beyond. He mixed a custom paint color for me and it was exactly what I was looking for.He even called me the next day to let me know the progress on my order. That’s definitely not a service you get when shopping at big stores. I will definitely be back!”

“I’ve been to this location countless times to pick up all kinds of things, and I’m always blown away by how much there is to look at, buy, and learn about. The staff knows their stuff and they’re always friendly—talking with them is part of the experience.
This store is one of my favorites. The only downside is that it’s about an hour from home, so I usually save my trips for special occasions. This time, I came in for some exotic lumber for a charcuterie board I’m making for a Yankee Swap Christmas gift.
I’ll definitely be back and will keep coming whenever I can.”

“Updated review: Rocky’s has been my go-to hardware store for years — they've got a surprisingly good selection, competitive prices, and helpful staff members.I recently had a frustrating experience returning some unopened Christmas lights (the online Rocky's policy didn't seem to match what was enforced in the store).Rocky's eventually reached out and fixed the issue for me, which I appreciated. It was a bit aggravating, but these things can happen anywhere and if I had such a problem at one of the big hardware stores, it probably wouldn't have been met with as much concern and attention. Rocky's will continue to be my go-to!”
“This place is fantastic. These guys are great. I have been doing habitat improvement (forest stand improvement) and thus I needed a chain saw. Well, Andrew was amazing and helped me with my purchase as well as troubleshooting some problems I had. I have also purchased a blower and several chain saw replacement chains from these guys and they are always helpful, kind, knowledgable and pleasant. “Marathon Tool is the place to go for anything a homeowner needs. I needed to pump out my side yard and they had a great pump with all the hoses and made sure it was in perfect working condition. They stand behind their products and want their customers to be satisfied. Better than the big box stores. I highly recommend them.”
