Been regularly going there since they do carry whatever I can't find at the big dealers, and the sons are the most helpful and kindest dudes you will ever meet. “I had come from NY to install water Purification system @ my friends house. It needs special fittings , HD / Lowes didn't hve or they were helpful. But this store owner was relentless in sloving my problem ,,he not only made several suggestions which prompted me to take a different route , which resulted in successfull installationI strongly ? recommend to all the Mansfield or near by town residents ., to shop & this store . “Meant to write this a while ago. I love Daddario. Great local mom and pop hardware store. It's the perfect place to quickly grab a few things for your household needs. The customer service is amazing, they always ask to help you find something immediately when you walk in, which makes it a very quick stop. I don't think I have ever spent more than 2-3 minutes in the store. Always incredibly friendly, prices are fair, and they are always super nice to my son (they gave him candy last time which made his day and now he wants to go back all the time haha)”
“As always Aubuchon Hardware in Franklin had exactly what I needed. A snowstorm was forecast and I needed new quality snow shovels. A good selection was readily available. The store staff are always friendly and most helpful. A well run business which is a credit to the store manager. Once again I leave Aubuchon Hardware very satisfied!”

“We needed playground wood chips for our back yard. Called Sam White & Sons in Medfield and were able to schedule a delivery within a few days. I ordered 5 yards and that was a bit too much (the guy on the phone estimated 10-14 yards, that would be enough for a whole school playground...)The truck driver was excellent, managed to maneuver the truck thru our driveway (somewhat narrow with overhanging tree limbs) into our back yard. He was professional, kind and friendly.We bought what they call "certified playground wood chips", but I was disappointed because a lot of it is thin sawdust, the fine fibers get into your nose and throat even when the material is wet, you need to wear a mask when spreading it around. I doubt it will last more than a couple of years. My advice is to order the coarse wood chips, I think that's the stuff you see at school playgrounds, larger chips, less fine dust.Overall- they grossly overestimated the quantity we needed, and the material they recommended was not the best for our needs. But still- great service, fair prices, recommended!”

He is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Over the past couple of years, we have been renovating a multi-family home in Dorchester, and Mark has been especially helpful in working with our contractor on quotes, making product recommendations and setting up delivery to Boston at a very reasonable cost. When we needed to order replacement windows and sliding glass doors, Mark referred us to his colleague, Tom, who specializes in these products. Tom quickly got back to us with a quote, placed our order and set-up delivery. When one of the door handles arrived damaged from the factory, he immediately ordered a replacement from the manufacturer. Mark has helped us keep this big project on track with his prompt follow-up and great communication with our contractor. I highly recommend Chace Building Supply. “I'm writing this review specifically to give kudos to Derek Rock who delivered a huge load of lumber to my house. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!”

“I'm not a plumber, just a guy who lives close to the store and hates Home Depot. The store is really for pros, but when I go in they are still really helpful. I try to go in when it's loaded with plumbers, but as long as I do that and keep the really stupid questions to a minimum they are fantastic to deal with.”

“Rocky’s Ace Hardware in Millis, MA is always helpful and attentive to its customers. But the experience I had yesterday was truly exceptional. The battery in my car fob died, and I couldn’t start the car. Justin at Rocky’s Ace Hardware located the correct battery, and opened the fob and replaced it for me. It wasn’t that easy to maneuver the fob to get it open, and then figure out how to release the battery. I’m so grateful to Justin and all the employees at Rockys!!”
