“We visited Manny's Appliances in Westfield MA 3 times. After our 1st visit we purchased a GE refrigerator and an electric GE stove with coil burners....both in white. Our salesperson was David Lunden. After much thought, we revisited the store the next day and looked over our purchases and questioned things we hadn't thought about when we purchased the items. Our salesperson that day was Carlos Jackson and he gave us more insight on the appliances. On the 3rd day we revisited the store with a completely different mind set and decided to go with chrome rather than the white for our appliances; our salesperson was Rick Fournier. With Rick's assistance, we chose chrome appliances and a total different model for the refrigerator, but stayed with the GE brand name. We landed up with a more expensive appliances, but we were happier with our purchases. All 3 salespersons were exceptional in their knowledge of the products that they were selling. The delivery date was on time and the delivery service was again exceptional. The workers who removed our old appliances and delivered the new ones on Tuesday, May 29th were professional in meeting our needs! We are thinking about purchasing two more appliances in the very near future, in chrome of course for our kitchen.....YES, we will again purchase through Manny's Appliances in Westfield! “This Home Depot is great, The employees are always helpful and are full of knowledge. I went there recently because I had a plumbing problem and spoke to the customer service who was Full of knowledge like most of their employees, he explained what needed to be done To solve my problem and asked if I wanted a service call so I signed up for it willingly. Not even 20 minutes later I got a call from a plumber named Trevor, who came to my house with predatory behavior, nothing but a snake Trevor gave me a totally different spiel than the gentleman I spoke with at the store. The plumber laughed after he said how much it was going to cost and laughed through out the whole conversation. The cost was outrageous so we called different plumbers and we got the same ballpark cost the gentlemen said it would cost at the service desk. I think Home Depot needs to check who they have going to people’s houses acting like predators. Maybe it was because my wife was home alone talking to the plumber that came to our house from Home Depot.”

“I visited this Home Depot for the purpose of seeing about replacement screens from windows I had purchased from there several years ago. I went to the Millwork department where I met Ian. After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.”

I felt silly admitting that I'd been overtired that day and just walked out without two of my purchases. Kudos to the staff.”

“During pretty bad weather they helped me move over 4 appliences for store credit and I was able to buy a washer and dryer for about 200. The dryer failed a test and it was replaced easily and quickly. If your looking for used appliances they will definitely find something on a budget.”
