“This Home Depot is great, The employees are always helpful and are full of knowledge. I went there recently because I had a plumbing problem and spoke to the customer service who was Full of knowledge like most of their employees, he explained what needed to be done To solve my problem and asked if I wanted a service call so I signed up for it willingly. Not even 20 minutes later I got a call from a plumber named Trevor, who came to my house with predatory behavior, nothing but a snake Trevor gave me a totally different spiel than the gentleman I spoke with at the store. The plumber laughed after he said how much it was going to cost and laughed through out the whole conversation. The cost was outrageous so we called different plumbers and we got the same ballpark cost the gentlemen said it would cost at the service desk. I think Home Depot needs to check who they have going to people’s houses acting like predators. Maybe it was because my wife was home alone talking to the plumber that came to our house from Home Depot.”

“During pretty bad weather they helped me move over 4 appliences for store credit and I was able to buy a washer and dryer for about 200. The dryer failed a test and it was replaced easily and quickly. If your looking for used appliances they will definitely find something on a budget.”

“My husband and I went to Aaron’s for the first time today and got approved right away for furniture. We saw a bedroom set on the floor that had some damage, but they were willing to swap out the damaged pieces for new ones they had in stock.
They definitely had great customer service — from welcoming us when we came into the store, to explaining everything, to making an easy delivery possible for a day that worked for us.
The staff was friendly and easy to work with. As first-time purchasers, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We finally got the bedroom furniture we’d been looking for that another rent-to-own store just didn’t have.
We will definitely be back.”
