“Searching for something I needed online and I found this store that I did not know was there. (I live about 30 minutes away.) The items I needed was half the price of the same item at Home Depot and Lowe's so I stopped in while I was in the area. I also found out that the employees were more helpful and friendlier then at the other 2 stores. I'll be returning next time I need an item.”

“My wife and I recently finished a kitchen remodel which included new kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash and appliances. After interviewing several kitchen remodel stores we chose Kelly Fradet. We have dealt with several construction projects in the past including two major additions to our house but I can honestly say this was the most seamless well organized and pleasant experience we have ever gone through. Diane B walked us through the project from day one and maintained communication throughout ensuring everything was completed in a timely fashion. She helped us with the numerous styles, paint colors, countertop selections and even hardware choices. The installer Kurt was excellent at his craft, always punctual and communicated the plans perfectly. Everything came out beautiful. We both enthusiastically recommend Kelly Fradet if you are looking for a kitchen remodel. They have excellent customer service and do phenomenal work.”

“We shopped Lowe’s and Home for bathroom vanity cabinet combo. Their products are all poor quality materials (pressed particle board), pour surface finish with paint, and no service. And local cabinet businesses where their cabinets were more than 2x the cost for the same quality as Home Oulet. And they had limited designs that we liked. When we walked into Home Outlet, we spotted this beautiful 31” cabinet that was exactly what we were looking for and more! The cabinet was good quality with upscale design cues you would in thousands of dollars cabinets. Moreover, Brendan…store manager…was so courteous and helpful throughout our entire experience. And even went above and beyond after the purchase to make us very happy customers. We went back and bought a 2nd vanity cabinet for our half bath as a result. Highly recommend this business and location!!”
“Bought a new Rikon lathe, stand, tools, pen supplies, etc., Got home and started turning right away. Three days later I get a flyer from Woodcraft with same lathe $150 cheaper. Manager told me he'd honor lower price. No issues. I finally got back to store about two weeks later and he gave me $150 gift card and I ended up using it that day, plus some, for more turning supplies. Don't have any real woodworking stores in Capital District of NY, so he's got my business.”

“I visited this Home Depot for the purpose of seeing about replacement screens from windows I had purchased from there several years ago. I went to the Millwork department where I met Ian. After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.”
