I have known Roland for 15 years, he maintained by first Audi A6 amazingly. I now have a Q7 and he and Isreal are the best. Bought it and he unfortunately found some issues immediately post sale from a dealer. They helped guide me through the pretty intense repair. Roland is the reason I bought another Audi, besides being amazing cars, it's great to have somebody you trust and know won't stear you wrong! Fabulous communication, easy to schedule service. I brought my 2011 Wrangler JK in a couple months back for a new clutch And to repair a steering issue that was caused by the dealer when replacing the clock spring Under warranty.. Kyle managed to craft a new something or other to fix the issue. What a genius!!!”

“I come here to get my car or cars fixed. This place is honest and very reasonable. The prices depend on what you need done to your car. The staff are very nice and friendly. The guy who works here his name is Chris. I been coming here for many years. This place is behind Kelly school In holyoke mass. If anything is wrong with your car bring it here and Chris the mechanic will fix it for you then he will tell you what needed to be done and then he would tell you the price of how much it would cost. While he works on your car that needed to be fixed. He would also look around the whole car to see if it needed any more work to be done on it while he has it on the lift. There is on street parking here and also he has a small parking lot in front of his shop. Handicap accessible entrance.”

He also helped my friend with a major tire repair at a very fair price. The tire had fallen off the wheel so the truck was towed to Ismael overnight and the was done by 10am! Highly recommend!”
