About Xfinity Store by Comcast

The Xfinity Store by Comcast at 50 Holyoke St, Holyoke, MA offers a wide range of Xfinity services, including Mobile, Digital Cable TV, High Speed Internet, Home Phone, and Home Security. Customers can also make payments and pick up or exchange equipment. The store has received exceptional customer service reviews. Customers have praised the knowledgeable and friendly associates, who have gone above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. One customer had a nearly two-hour experience with an associate named Sarah, who made sure all their important information was transferred and the new phone was working properly before they left. Another customer, Nani, helped set up a new plan and alerted the customer to a smart watch offer they qualified for, spending an additional 30-45 minutes to get it set up. Other customers have also had positive experiences, with one describing the associate who helped them as "polite, funny, and knowledgeable," and another praising Tyler, a "super friendly and helpful employee," who got them in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes with a great deal. The store's employees, including May, have been consistently praised for their courtesy, helpfulness, and overall pleasant demeanor. Customers have also noted that visiting the brick-and-mortar store is the best way to get their Xfinity-related issues resolved, as the online chat and call center services have not been as effective.

This rating is only for Will the associate who tried to help me. Personally I wouldn't do business with Comcast. It's been nothing short of a nightmare. 5 stars for Will only. Comcast it self wouldn't get any stars from me. Will was great.
