“I come to this bjs location very frequently, but today I had an encounter with a young lady, which I believe her name was Karen. She went above and beyond with customer service. Before she even started scanning my items she asked if I had clipped my coupons to which I said yes cause it will only work if done before. Towards the end I started coughing and she quickly asked if I was ok and if I wanted water which I said it was fine cause she said she would have to run up, but she ran to the back and came out with a water bottle regardless which really helped me so much. She was very attentive and so kind. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!”
“Ok, this is more of a food review then anything about the actual store. But what I can say is that the store was super clean and the clerks were super friendly.What do we have today? A super amazing, delicious donut! Honestly this is my favorite donut from any donut place that I’ve eaten at till today. I keep going back to Cumberlands just for this one item. And most people I tell about these donuts, don’t didn’t even know they have it there. So I’m helping spread the word. #cumberlandfarmdonuts bro these things are amazing. With a chocolatey outside, Fluffy heavenly donut inside, and the cherry on top? That Nutella filled center! Come on cumberlands! How can I resist this !? You make it so hard! This amazing donut is not only delicious, but cheap. If your cumberlands have it. Get it and give it a try. 5/5 amazing!”
“I visited last weekend and the ambiance was amazing! Fresh produce right as you walk in as well as many other food options as you make your way through the store. And don't even get me started on the service, there where associates all over the place helping people including me finding products as well as the people at the front end being very helpful and well trained! Keep it up Shaws Hudson.”
“Tip: always enter WM expecting the worst. Especially on a rainy Saturday. Great visit. Uncrowded garden area with a few bargains vs chaos out front as cars lined up to load in the deluge. Aisle's were not crowded. Shelves were well stocked and easy self checkout. Of course had a self scanner issue and an assistant was right there to help. No one checking recepts as you leave was nice. This visit 5 stars.”
