“Eddie and Roman from the maintenance team at Hanover Alewife are truly exceptional. Whenever we report an issue, they don’t just stop by to take a look, they make sure the problem is completely resolved. Every concern we’ve raised has been handled quickly and efficiently, and they’re always prompt and respectful of our time.

The 5 stars are especially for these two. They are a huge asset to Hanover Alewife.”

“I had a great experience working with Paul as he is very accommodating as well as helpful in all areas of living on the property, from getting in touch with maintenance as well as general lease information is very clearly explained by him, and if you are thinking of moving to the building I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Paul Nguyen!”

“Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the front desk team of 303 — they’re amazing! Mustafa (and another gentleman whose name I don’t know) are always super kind, professional, and helpful.

I called a few months after moving out, and Mustafa still remembered me! He was so nice and went out of his way to help with what I needed. It honestly made my day.

It’s rare to meet people who care that much — the management is really lucky to have such great staff at the front desk!”

“Being homeless is hard on you so when I arrived with my wagon full of stuff I left everything in the lobby near the security guard. I checked in with lesha and we talked for a little while to discuss what apartment I was interested in. After we talked for a while I gave her my mass ID and she gave me the information for the apartment that I was going to look at. One of the tenants in the building helped me figure out how to use the elevator and when I got to the apartment on the 13th floor I couldn't figure out how to open the door so I went back and talked to lesha again. She helped me figure out how to open the door and then I went and checked out this beautiful beautiful one bedroom apartment on the 13th floor. I don't necessarily like the refrigerator but it's uniquely different. The apartment was not made for handicapped individual but it was nice just the same had plenty of room plenty of closet space and there's so many possibilities of how you can decorate this one bedroom apartment. There's enough space across from the kitchen to put a little dining table and some chairs and then close to the window would be your living room so you'd be able to set up your flat screen TV a table a sofa whatever you want then in the bedroom it's big enough for like single bed or full size bed and you still have plenty of space for all the essentials you need you know trash can dresser whatever. They include with the apartment the refrigerator and a microwave and they have a washer and dryer stacked on top of each other when you first come in the door to the apartment. It also includes a dishwasher and a very unique looking oven and stove combination. The only thing I noticed was that the oven and stove are like handicap accessible. The stove is one of those electric cooktop ranges and then underneath is a small standard oven. I don't plan on cooking too much for the holidays in this place it's just not big enough to put in a 10 lb turkey and make all the pies the cakes and the stuffing and big macaroni and cheese that I normally make. I don't like being up high I prefer being down low when it comes to these high rise apartments but this was a very nice place. I enjoyed help everything looked and I enjoyed talking with the security guard and lesha. Thank you for the beautiful experience.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but Jimmy Ngu genuinely deserves one. From the moment he showed us around the building on our very first tour, he was warm, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He just made us feel at home.

Years and half later, that hasn't changed. Any time we've had a question — big or small — Jimmy has been there with a quick, helpful response. He made the lease renewal process smooth and stress-free.

Having a leasing agent who actually remembers you, cares about your experience, and goes out of their way to help is rare. If you're considering this building, know that you'll be in great hands with Jimmy.”

“I lived here for all four years of college, and this apartment truly made my time in Boston happier. I honestly think this is the best apartment in Boston. The building is well designed and well maintained, and the location is super convenient. Everything you need for daily life is nearby, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive!

Special thanks to Marcus for helping with my move-out process and for following up on my security deposit check after move-out — I really appreciated it!

After living here for several years, I can confidently say this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. It made a big difference knowing the staff genuinely cares about residents, even after move-out. Highly recommend!”

“We lived at the property for almost 2 years. The maintenance team (led by Mandio) there always went above and beyond whenever we needed them the most. We had our water boiler, air conditioner and dishwasher all give out within weeks of each other. We could have had a very bad experience but thankfully they were there to make sure our issues were promptly fixed and stayed in constant communication while doing so.They were always professional, attentive, and responsive when we needed them. Availability is key for a team like theirs and they exceeded expectations every single time they were needed.

From the very beginning to the very end, Mandio made sure everything went as smooth as possible whenever we had any issues.”

“I’ve had a great experience living at Riverbend on the Charles. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and in a beautiful location by the river. What really makes a difference, though, is the staff. Nicole and Rolando have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Their friendly attitudes and excellent service make living here even better. I truly appreciate how much they care about residents and the community. Highly recommend Riverbend on the Charles to anyone looking for a great place to live!”

“I moved here two months ago, and my experience so far has been very positive.

The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the maintenance team has been excellent—any issues were resolved within 2 days. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The location is also great, which makes living here convenient.

The only drawbacks are that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, and the pool tends to be busy on hot summer days.”

“Great place to live! Vannah & Arief are pleasant to work with. The move in process and application was a breeze. When we moved in if we had any small requests it got taken care of so quickly and with no questions. The management & maintenance team make this place special and it should be noted that for people to be aware. They are the ones that make this place special.”

“I recently moved into 91 Sidney in Cambridge after relocating from the UK and had to choose my apartment virtually. I went through a lot of options, but this one stood out right away. After living here for a couple of months, I can say it was the right call. It’s been a great experience so far.

The apartment itself is bright and comfortable. It feels well laid out and was easy to settle into.

The location is hard to beat. Everything I need is within walking distance (Hmart & Target & whole foods) Central Square is right there, and it’s easy to get anywhere or into Boston. Logan Airport is about 20 mins away, which has been a big plus for my travel schedule. There’s also a dog park next door, and parking is right next door.

The building team has been great. Friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Sandro Galdamez from maintenance has been super helpful and took the time to show me how to use the hvac system (heat/AC), which I really appreciated.

They recently hosted an egg hunt event for the kids, and my little one had a great time. There were a ton of eggs and treats for everyone. It was well organized and thoughtful. Everyone has been welcoming, and I appreciate events that are geared toward young families.

Lee Tran played a big role in my experience from the start. He walked me through multiple facetime tours and followed up with photos and videos so I could understand the space properly. He was patient, responsive, and made the whole process feel much easier, especially moving from another country. Out of all the buildings I looked at, my experience with him stood out the most. He knows the area well and helped guide me to the right unit for me and my kid.

The only downside is parking is about $450 a month, but that’s pretty standard for Cambridge & Boston so it’s understandable.

Overall, I’m really happy here and would recommend 91 Sidney to anyone looking in the Cambridge area.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Katriana Lombard-Lima during my leasing process at Avalon at Assembly Row. Despite living overseas, Katriana made everything smooth and stress-free. “Not at all luxurious, but perhaps the most convenient place to live as a college student, young professional, and any other person seeking very affordable housing in a prime location of Boston (3-minute walk from a T station and a BU Bus stop, across from BU campus, nearby Newbury). If you are not built for communal living, this place will not be for you - otherwise, it is comparable to any college dorm I’ve ever lived it. Noise, breakdown of amenities (laundry room was honestly a consistent issue - I’ve had to ring my clothes out by hand on several occasions because of the faulty machines), and other similar issues are definitely present, but I found it manageable. Also there was a minor issue of some pests in the building (roaches, other bugs, occasional mouse - the common city life pest issues), but I never had an issue with pests in my personal room; as long as you keep things relatively clean in your own area, I doubt you will have any issues. Most of the residents are friendly and generous with sharing food and other things with their neighbors. Until recently, the building was almost entirely young college students or recent grads and older women. However there was a slight shift in residents around the time I left and I would be lying if I said it didn’t change the culture a bit (I left at the end of 2024). However, once again, if you are looking for a very convenient place to live (likely short-term - I lived here for about 3 years without any major/unmanageable issues), then this is absolutely a great option to consider. I am very grateful that this was an option for me for that chapter of my life.”

“As a resident of Metro Marina Bay for nearly 7 years I have nothing but great things to say about the property - and the lovely people who manage and maintain it! They are attentive to details and treat every resident like family. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an alternative to city living, the proximity to the city - and all that Quincy / Marina Bay has to offer can’t be beat.”

“I been a tenant here for four yrs and Ben treated very. I like how the management keeps up the building . the mental n. Man d o a grey job one man especial mike is always drpeedab k e. and. does an outstanding jjob

Edit 1/26/26: Hi everyone, i Duane Callender has been a tenant here for over eleven years and counting in this apartment. I've done my best to keep up with my place with the help of the management team and maintenance crew.I Recently spoke with Kaitlyn Doran the building manager and Kristina Kirby the Resident Service Manager, about my unit concerns. I asked if they could help me with getting my bedroom floor rug clean. Kaitlyn suggested replacing it with a vinyl flooring which has been done. The room has been painted too.

Thanks to the maintenance crew, who found the window (s) needs to be replaced and the window is secure for now until the window(s) can be replaced. My washer machine went dead and Kaitlyn had that replaced as well! And finally the kitchen sink was leaking and that is fixed Amen!!!

I would like to thank Kaitlyn Doran, Kristina Kirby, and the maintenance crew Gerorge, Patrick, James for their time and patients dealing with my ongoing unit concerns. Again thank you all for your time and concern in the above mentioned matter.”

“We have been homeowners for almost 30 years now and when we moved to Waltham for a job opportunity, we decided to try living right downtown within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, walking trails, and public transit. The Merc at Moody and Main more than fit the bill. The leasing and move in process was easily a 5 star rating because of the stellar staff that worked as a team to address any questions that we had about our unit. I reserved my review until we had been here a while and I could give an overall review of the entire property-still an easy 5! I can not say enough about everyone from the maintenance guys, the grounds crew, the housekeeping staff that greets my dog and I each morning when we go out for a walk, and the friendly residents. So many positives happening in this community. Jeff and staff keep the place decorated and warm for every holiday season and I'm not sure they even know how much those efforts make The Merc feel like home. They also work tirelessly to plan activities for us all to enjoy and get to know each other and their doors are always open when we need them. I really wasn't expecting to be in a place where I no longer miss having our own property. We love living here and being a part of this amazing community.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Lincoln Height during the Community Holiday Cocktail Party. It was a pleasure meeting residents and staff, and the managers were extremely welcoming—bright smiles and great professionalism. The refreshments were delicious (the shrimp and Coke were amazing). It’s refreshing to be in a place where people clearly enjoy what they do. Thank you for hosting such a positive event!”
