“24 Hour ATM service, nice little branch up the street from Hyde Park Cleary Square with plenty of parking on the left side and around the back of the bank. The staff is GREAT! Very nice people. Locals in Hyde Park, Roslindale, Mattapan, Milton, etc tend to use this bank even though you can find another one not too far down the road. I been using this bank for about three decades when it was formerly known as Hyde Park Savings bank.”

“I don't normally write reviews of banks, but the Bank of America branch in Sharon saved my mom $20,000. She was about to get scammed from someone online. But the bank manager, Evelina Gourdoukis, called me to check in before handing the money over to my elderly mother. Evelina knew my mom well enough to be aware of her usual banking habits. She noticed a departure of how my mom usually banks, and she thought quickly to stop my mom from losing $20k by calling me to verify the transaction. I'm so grateful to know that this branch is looking out for my mom.”

“I am my fathers P.O.A. They refused to give me bank statements going back a year. This is the second time I asked. The first time was when I brought him in there in Nov.( in his wheelchair) They told me they would mail them to me. I got his checks but no statements. I had to pick them up and I live an hour away. The brunette was very nice. The blonde woman has refused to help me three times. My father is changing banks as soon as possible. They shouldn’t have her representing them.She has a nasty attitude.”
