This was my first time using a storage unit and it was super easy to reserve and rent a unit, everyone was so helpful and polite. I was able to only rent the unit for the short 2 months I needed.

I have never encounter problem when I stores my stuffs at Prime Storage. It is the best place to store, in terms of security and convenient location . It is the best among all where I have stored my items.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. No one was there to let me in. TWICE!!! They left me on the street with 14 cartons. I had to get an Uber to take me and the boxes back home. WORST possible service. They don't even deserve 1 star
